陈化北：⽇中⼈材协会会长，中国国际人才交流与开发研究会原常务副会长、国家外国专家局国外⼈才信息研究中⼼原主任，⼭东⼤学⽂学学⼠，⽇本爱知教育⼤学教育学硕⼠ ，东北师范⼤学历史学博⼠。兼任：中华日本哲学会、中国日本史学会常务理事， 中国亚洲经济发展协会医养结合产业专委会名誉会长 ，亚太职业能⼒评价中⼼主任，海龙国际教育创新研究院创院院长 ，世界教育⽇⼤会联合创始⼈、联席主席，⽇本青森⼤学特任教授 ，美国北美⼤学校长顾问、访问学者，中国海洋⼤学、东北师范⼤学、华中师范⼤学、⼭东师范⼤学、湖北⼤学、深圳⼤学、湘潭⼤学 等⼤学兼职（客座）教授，北京⼤学中国职业研究所特聘研究员 ，北京⼤学国际⾼等教育研究中⼼顾问，北京产教融合科学研究院特聘研究员，中国国际人才交流与开发研究会研究员。陈化北曾任国家外国专家局国外⼈才信息研究中⼼主任、国家外国专家局教科⽂卫专家司副司长、中国国际⼈才交流与开发研究会常务副会长、《国际⼈才交流》杂志编委会主任、 中国国际⼈才交流协会驻⽇总代表等职。
Chen Huabei: President of the Japan-China Talent Association, former executive vice president of the China Association for International Talent Exchange and Development, former director of the Foreign Talent Information Research Center of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, bachelor of arts from Shandong University, master of education from Aichi University of Education, and doctor of history from Northeast Normal University. Concurrently: Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Japanese Philosophy, Chinese Society of Japanese History, Honorary President of the Special Committee of the Medical and Elderly Care Industry Committee of the China Asian Economic Development Association, Director of the Asia-Pacific Vocational Ability uation Center, Founding Dean of the Hailong International Education Innovation Research Institute, Co-founder and Co-Chairman of the World Education Day Conference, Specially Appointed Professor of Aomori University in Japan, Advisor to the President of North American University and Visiting Scholar, Ocean University of China, Northeast Normal University, Central China Normal University, Shandong Normal University, Hubei University, Shenzhen University, Xiangtan University He is a part-time (visiting) professor at Peking University, a distinguished researcher at the China Vocational Research Institute of Peking University, a consultant at the International Higher Education Research Center of Peking University, a distinguished researcher at the Beijing Academy of Industry-Education Integration Science, and a researcher at the China International Talent Exchange and Development Research Association. He was the former director of the Foreign Talent Information Research Center of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, and served as the deputy director of the Department of Education, Science, Culture and Health Experts of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, the executive vice president of the China Association for International Exchange and Development of Talents, the director of the editorial board of the journal "International Exchange of Talents", and the general representative of the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel in Japan.
