个人履历：
郑建华：男，1956年9月出生，籍贯浙江宁波，信息分析专家，中国科学院院士，中国海洋大学信息科学与工程学院教授，解放军保密委员会技术安全研究所研究员，中国人民解放军战略支援部队信息工程大学网络安全学院研究员，海南大学特聘教授，国家有突出贡献中青年专家，享受国务院特殊津贴专家。郑建华院士长期从事复杂信息系统分析和相关基础理论研究，对复杂信息系统分析领域的序列论、函数论、算法设计与分析等进行了系统研究，在复杂信息系统输出分析技术、系统模型解析理论和方法、系统参数还原技术研究中均取得了研究成果，这些研究成果在实际复杂系统分析中多次发挥作用。出版《移动互联安全研究迫在眉睫》 《真枪实弹提高网络对抗能力》从信息安全角度谈人工智能》《 新形势下密码研究的思考》《解读人工智能与信息安全》《智慧城市建设与信息安全》《对当前密码研究的几点思考》《稀疏离散线性递归序列的区分》《Z密码算法设计方案》等著作及编著。曾获国家科进步一等奖等。
Zheng Jianhua: Male, born in September 1956, originally from Ningbo, Zhejiang. He's an expert in information analysis, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering at Ocean University of China, a researcher at the Technical Security Research Institute of the PLA Confidentiality Committee, a researcher at the School of Cyber Security of the Information Engineering University of the PLA Strategic Support Force, a distinguished professor at Hainan University, and a nationally recognized young and mid-career expert with special contributions. He also receives a special government allowance from the State Council. He has long been engaged in the analysis of complex information systems and related fundamental research, conducting systematic studies on sequences, functions, algorithm design, and analysis in the field of complex information systems. He has also made research achievements in technologies for output analysis of complex information systems, theories and methods of system model parsing, and techniques for restoring system parameters, which have repeatedly proven useful in real-world complex system analysis. His publications include "Urgent Research on Mobile Internet Security," "Boosting Network Confrontation with Real-World Exercises," "Discussing AI from an Information Security Perspective," "Thoughts on Cryptography Research in the New Situation," "Understanding AI and Information Security," "Smart City Construction and Information Security," "Some Thoughts on Current Cryptography Research," "Distinguishing Sparse Discrete Linear Recursive Sequences," and "Z Cryptography Algorithm Design Plan," among others. He has also won awards like the National Science and Technology Progress First Prize.
