张为国：男，1957年生，中国会计学家，注册会计师，上海财经大学特聘教授，上海财经大学滴水湖高级金融学院实践教授，清华大学经济管理学院访问教授，国务院政府特殊津贴专家，中国证监会博士后工作站指导专家，国际会计准则理事会首位中国籍理事。兼任：中国建设银行股份有限公司独立董事，深圳证券交易所会计专业咨询委员会主任，证监会博士生工作站指导专家，G7影响力工作组成员，国际影响力估值基金会理事和执委，仁达普惠金融基金会理事，中国上市公司协会ESG专业委员会，财政部可持续披露准则咨询专家。1985年至1997年任上海财经大学教授、会计系主任、博士生导师。1997年至2007年任中国证监会首席会计师、国际部主任，股票发行上市审核委员会、行政处罚委员会、行政复议委员会委员，上海财经大学和清华大学博士生导师，财政部会计准则和审计准则委员会委员，中注协常务理事。2007年至2017年任国际会计准则理事会理事，中国证监会国际顾问委员会委员。张为国教授的研究领域主要为会计准则和会计基本理论、证券市场监管、公司治理、ESG或可持续发展等。在《财会月刊》《财务与会计》《会计研究》《China Journal of Accounting Research》《Abacus》等期刊上发表学术论文几十篇；出版《ESG信息披露、评级与鉴证》《后安然时代》等著作。荣获霍英东教育基金会全国高等院校优秀青年教师、全国优秀教师、国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，上海财经大学百年校庆时获“十大杰出校友”称号。
Zhang Weiguo: Male, born in 1957, Chinese accounting scholar, certified public accountant, distinguished professor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, practice professor at the Di Shui Hu School of Advanced Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, visiting professor at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, expert receiving special government allowance from the State Council, guiding expert at the postdoctoral workstation of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the first Chinese member of the International Accounting Standards Board. Concurrent positions: independent director of China Construction Bank Corporation, chairman of the Accounting Professional Advisory Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, guiding expert of the doctoral workstation of the CSRC, member of the G7 Impact Working Group, director and executive committee member of the International Influence Valuation Foundation, director of the Renda Inclusive Finance Foundation, member of the ESG Professional Committee of the China Association of Listed Companies, consulting expert for sustainable disclosure standards at the Ministry of Finance. From 1985 to 1997, he served as professor, head of the Accounting Department, and doctoral supervisor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. From 1997 to 2007, he served as chief accountant and director of the International Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, member of the Stock Issuance and Listing Review Committee, the Administrative Penalty Committee, and the Administrative Reconsideration Committee, doctoral supervisor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Tsinghua University, member of the Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance, and executive director of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. From 2007 to 2017, he served as a member of the International Accounting Standards Board and a member of the International Advisory Committee of the CSRC. Professor Zhang Weiguo’s research areas mainly include accounting standards and basic accounting theory, securities market regulation, corporate governance, ESG, or sustainable development. He has published dozens of academic papers in journals such as Accounting Monthly, Finance and Accounting, Accounting Research, China Journal of Accounting Research, and Abacus, and the books ESG Information Disclosure, Rating and Assurance, Post-Enron Era, among others. He has been awarded the Outstanding Young Faculty of National Higher Education Institutions by the Fo Yingdong Education Foundation, National Outstanding Teacher, the Government Special Allowance by the State Council, and was named one of the 'Top Ten Outstanding Alumni' during the centennial celebration of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
