个人履历：
于东海：华为特训营资深讲师，原华为供应链运作支持部总监、部长，浙江大学睿华研究所特聘研究员。从事通信与电子设备制造行业相关工作多年，有丰富的质量管理、供应链管理、业务变革管理经验。服务华为技术有限公司17年，先后在供应链、财经、质量与流程IT管理等部门工作，曾任华为公司生产总部品质管理部总监、供应链管理部运作支持部总监、财经管理部运作支持部总监、内控部副总监、中东北非地区部流程与IT管理部总监等职，参加了IPD集成产品开发、ISC集成供应链、IFS集成财经服务等业务变革项目，获得IPD变革“蓝血十杰”荣誉称号。曾就职于原电子工业部五十四所质量部，从事质量保证工作；目前从事企业管理相关研究、培训与咨询。
Yu Donghai: Senior trainer at Huawei's special training camp, former director and minister of Huawei's Supply Chain Operations Support Department, and specially appointed researcher at the Ruihua Research Institute of Zhejiang University. He has many years of experience in the telecommunications and electronic equipment manufacturing industry, with rich experience in quality management, supply chain management, and business transformation management. He served Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. for 17 years, working in departments such as supply chain, finance, quality, and process IT management. He has held positions including Director of Quality Management at Huawei's Production Headquarters, Director of Operations Support in the Supply Chain Management Department, Director of Operations Support in the Financial Management Department, Deputy Director of the Internal Control Department, and Director of Process and IT Management for the Middle East and North Africa Region. He participated in business transformation projects such as IPD Integrated Product Development, ISC Integrated Supply Chain, and IFS Integrated Financial Services, earning the title of "Blue Blood Ten Heroes" in IPD transformation. He previously worked in the Quality Department of the 54th Institute of the former Ministry of Electronics Industry, focusing on quality assurance; he is currently engaged in research, training, and consulting related to enterprise management.
