个人履历：
徐光国：浙江大学心理学博士，华为管理培训学院资深顾问、华为大学资深顾问、华为特约绩效仲裁员，浙大MBA创业实践导师，中国科技大学国际金融研究院EDP讲座教授。20年华为全职工作，华为人力资源、审计、变革、战略领域专家。曾任华为多媒体产品线人力资源部负责人、南美南地区部干部部部长、华为大学内训管理部第一责任人、中亚地区部审计负责人、全球劳资关系主管、华为人力资源运营变革项目子项目经理。余愿：深耕华为成长的艰辛历程和管理实践，透解华为活力的核心逻辑与真实密码。
Xu Guangguo: PhD in Psychology from Zhejiang University, senior consultant at Huawei Management Training Institute, senior consultant at Huawei University, guest performance arbitrator for Huawei, and EDP chair professor at the International Finance Research Institute of the University of Science and Technology of China. With 20 years of full-time work at Huawei, he is an expert in human resources, auditing, change management, and strategy. He has served as the head of the human resources department for Huawei's multimedia product line, head of the cadre department for Huawei's South America regional office, the primary responsible person for the internal training management department at Huawei University, head of auditing for the Central Asia regional office, global labor relations manager, and sub-project manager for human resources operation reform projects at Huawei. His wish: to delve into the arduous journey and management practices of Huawei's growth, revealing the core logic and true codes of Huawei's vitality.
