个人履历：
陈昌智：男，汉族，1945年7月生，湖北孝感人，第十二届全国人大常委会副委员长，中华思源工程基金会原理事长。1985年5月加入民建，1968年9月参加工作，四川大学经济系中国经济史专业毕业，研究生学历，副教授。1994至1997年，任四川省政协副秘书长、民建四川省副主委兼秘书长、四川省监察厅副厅长；1997至1998年，任四川省政协副秘书长、民建四川省主委、四川省监察厅副厅长；1998年至1998年，任四川省政协副主席、民建四川省主委；1998年至2002年，任监察部副部长、民建中央常委；2002年至2007年，任民建中央副主席、常务副主席（2007.09按部长级待遇）、监察部副部长、中国监察学会会长（2003.12）；2007年至2008年，任民建中央主席；2008年至2013年，任第十一届全国人大常委会副委员长、民建中央主席；2013年至2014年，任十二届全国人大常委会副委员长、民建中央主席；2014年至2017年，任十二届全国人大常委会副委员长、民建中央主席、中华职业教育社理事长；2017年至2018年，任第十二届全国人大常委会副委员长、中华职业教育社理事长；2018年至2019年，任中华职业教育社理事长。曾任中国和平统一促进会第九届理事会副会长，中华思源工程基金会（原中华思源工程扶贫基金会）第二届、第三届理事长。主要著作有《经济发展辞典》（副主编）、《中华人民共和国经济简史》（主编）、《商业管理会计》（合著）、《中国近代经济简史》（合著）。曾获四川大学科研成果三等奖，四川省青年经济研究会优秀成果一等奖，三次获四川省中国经济史学会优秀成果奖；《关于加强驻外中资企业监管，防止境外国有资产流失》的提案，2007年被全国政协评为优秀提案。
Chen Changzhi: male, Han nationality, born in July 1945, a native of Xiaogan, Hubei, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress, and president of the China Siyuan Engineering Foundation. He joined the China Democratic National Construction Association in May 1985 and started working in September 1968, and graduated from the Department of Economics of Sichuan University with a master's degree in Chinese economic history and is an associate professor. From 1994 to 1997, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Sichuan Provincial Democratic National Construction Association, and Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Supervision. From 1997 to 1998, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, and Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Supervision. From 1998 to 1998, he served as Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association. From 1998 to 2002, he served as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Supervision and a member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association. From 2002 to 2007, he served as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association (2007.09 according to the ministerial level), Vice Minister of the Ministry of Supervision, President of the China Supervision Society (2003.12), Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association from 2007 to 2008, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, he served as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association. From 2014 to 2017, he served as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress, Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, and Chairman of the China Vocational Education Society. From 2017 to 2018, he served as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress and Chairman of China Vocational Education Society; From 2018 to 2019, he served as the chairman of the China Vocational Education Society. He used to be the vice chairman of the 9th Council of the China Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification, and the 2nd and 3rd chairman of the China Siyuan Project Foundation (formerly the China Siyuan Project Poverty Alleviation Foundation). His main works include Dictionary of Economic Development (associate editor), A Brief Economic History of the People's Republic of China (editor-in-chief), Business Management Accounting (co-author), and A Brief History of Modern Chinese Economy (co-author). He has won the third prize of scientific research achievements of Sichuan University, the first prize of outstanding achievements of Sichuan Youth Economic Research Association, and the outstanding achievement award of Sichuan Economic History Society for three times. In 2007, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was rated as an excellent proposal by the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
