个人履历：
运新宇，少将军衔，国防大学教授、博士生导师、教学督导组副组长，军队政治工作学科带头人，全国“五个一工程”奖、全国思想工作创新特等奖获得者，河西学院客座教授。1951年出生，天津市宁河县人，南开大学历史系毕业。曾担任过集团军宣传处处长、坦克师副政委、国防大学宣传部部长、军队政治工作教研室主任等职。运将军长期从事军队政治工作和教学科研工作，主讲的《提高加强部队思想政治建设的本领》、《中国古代治国思想精要》、《领导干部官德人品修养》等多次获国防大学优质大课奖；在《人民日报》、《求是》、《解放军报》等报刊上发表先后发表文章200余篇。著有《大视野下的中国共产党》、《军队思想政治建设24讲》、《治国史鉴十讲》等多部著作。其中，《治国史鉴十讲》先后获优秀畅销书品种奖、解放军图书奖、刘伯承科研奖、国防大学优秀著书立说一等奖。

Born in 1951 in Ninghe County, Tianjin, he graduated from the Department of History of Nankai University. He served as director of the Propaganda Department of the Group Army, deputy political commissar of the tank division, director of the Propaganda Department of the National Defense University, and director of the Teaching and Research Department of Political Work of the Army. General Yun has been engaged in the military's political work and teaching and scientific research for a long time, and his lectures on "Improving the Ability to Strengthen the Ideological and Political Construction of the Army", "The Essence of Ancient Chinese Thought on Governing the Country", and "The Cultivation of Leading Cadres' Moral and Moral Character" have won many awards for high-quality courses at the National Defense University. He has published more than 200 articles in newspapers and periodicals such as People's Daily, Qiushi, and Jiefangjun Daily. He is the author of many books, such as "The Communist Party of China from a Broad Perspective", "24 Lectures on the Ideological and Political Construction of the Army", and "Ten Lectures on the History of Governing the Country". Among them, "Ten Lectures on the History of Governing the Country" has won the Outstanding Bestseller Variety Award, the People's Liberation Army Book Award, the Liu Bocheng Scientific Research Award, and the first prize of the National Defense University for Outstanding Writings.
