个人履历：
封长虹，少将军衔，中国人民解放军军事科学院资深研究员，国防大学首位军事战略学博士，清华大学海外安全研究中心高级研究员及中美关系研究中心学术委员会执行主任，军事战略和国际问题专家。2014年晋升少将军衔。先后毕业于北京大学国际关系学院、中国人民解放军国防大学战略教研部。研究领域涉及国家安全战略、中国军事战略、国际战略环境、中美关系、台海问题，参与组织及撰写众多重大课题，为中央军委和上级领导机关提供了不少有价值的咨询建议，较早提出了组建战区、成立国家安全委员会、制定反国家分裂法等战略思维，多次荣获军事科研一、二、三等奖。主要研究成果：《国际战略环境及军事战略思考》《面向21世纪的中国军事战略方针》《关于应付未来信息战的战略思考》《中美之间的共同利益》《21世纪的战争形态与战争样式》《美国“先发制人”战略会给世界带来什么》等。
Feng Changhong, with the rank of major general, is a researcher at the Academy of Military Sciences of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the first doctor of military strategy at the National Defense University, a senior researcher at the Overseas Security Research Center of Tsinghua University and the executive director of the Academic Committee of the Center for China-US Relations, and an expert on military strategy and international issues. In 2014, he was promoted to the rank of major general. He graduated from the School of International Relations of Peking University and the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. His research interests involve national security strategy, China's military strategy, international strategic environment, Sino-US relations, and Taiwan Strait issues, and he has participated in organizing and writing many major topics, provided many valuable consulting suggestions for the Central Military Commission and higher-level leading organs, and put forward strategic thinking such as the formation of a theater, the establishment of a national security committee, and the formulation of an anti-national separatist law, and has won the first, second, and third prizes in military scientific research for many times. Main research achievements: "International Strategic Environment and Military Strategic Thinking", "China's Military Strategic Guidelines for the 21st Century", "Strategic Thinking on Dealing with Future Information Warfare", "Common Interests between China and the United States", "War Forms and Patterns in the 21st Century", "What the United States's "Preemptive" Strategy Will Bring to the World, etc.
