莫少昆：著名战略管理、领导力专家，茅台研究院专家，新加坡博维管理咨询有限公司董事长，新加坡及中国多家大型集团首席顾问、独立董事，新加坡国立大学企业管理学院亚太EMBA客座教授、芬兰赫尔辛基经济学院EMBA杰出客座教授、澳大利亚国立大学管理学院MIM客座教授、清华大学经济管理学院EMBA客座教授、北京大学光华管理学院MBA战略管理教授、对外经济贸易大学EMBA客座教授、中山大学EMBA客座教授、哈尔滨工业大学EMBA客座教授、新加坡华新世纪企业管理研究院院长、培训前沿名师团高级合作讲师。1979年获新加坡南洋大学商学士，1994年获英国赫尔大学工商管理硕士，1994年获英国赫尔大学工商管理硕士。1979年，大学毕业之后，进入当时新加坡第二大银行——大华银行工作，曾为新加坡大华银行分行行长及副总裁，新加坡德华上市集团总经理及上市公司执行董事、某消费品集团总裁。1996年，莫少昆接受新加坡国立大学的邀请，成为新加坡国立大学企业管理学院亚太EMBA客座教授，自此，成为国外多家著名学府的客座教授。主要研究领域为企业发展战略、企业文化建设、变革管理、企业家精神和领导艺术等。莫少昆教授虽为新加坡人，但对中国历史和文化的熟知，令人叹服。作为战略管理学者，这些年一直奔波于中国各地讲学，对中国企业的管理现状十分熟悉。出版《大领导力》《CEO重走长征路》《企业战略决策——如何建立竞争优势》《百家企业文化工程》《企业战略管理教程》等著作及教程。
Mo Shaokun: A well-known strategic management and leadership expert, an expert of Moutai Research Institute, the chairman of Singapore Bowei Management Consulting Co., Ltd., the chief consultant and independent director of many large groups in Singapore and China, a visiting professor of Asia-Pacific EMBA at the School of Business Administration of the National University of Singapore, an EMBA distinguished visiting professor at the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland, a visiting professor at MIM at the School of Management of the Australian National University, and an EMBA visiting professor at the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. He is an MBA Professor of Strategic Management at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, an EMBA Visiting Professor at the University of International Business and Economics, an EMBA Visiting Professor at Sun Yat-sen University, an EMBA Visiting Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, the Dean of the Singapore Huaxin Century Enterprise Management Research Institute, and a Senior Cooperative Lecturer of the Training Frontier Teacher Group. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nanyang University, Singapore in 1979, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hull in 1994, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hull in 1994. After graduating from university in 1979, he joined UOB, the second largest bank in Singapore at that time, and served as the President and Vice President of the United Overseas Bank of Singapore, the General Manager and Executive Director of the Listed Company of Teckwah Singapore, and the President of a consumer goods group. In 1996, Mo Shaokun accepted the invitation of the National University of Singapore to become a visiting professor of the Asia-Pacific EMBA at the School of Business Administration of the National University of Singapore, and since then, he has become a visiting professor at many famous foreign universities. His main research areas are corporate development strategy, corporate culture construction, change management, entrepreneurship and leadership. Although he is a Singaporean, he is impressed by his knowledge of Chinese history and culture. As a strategic management scholar, I have been lecturing all over China over the years, and I am very familiar with the management status of Chinese enterprises. He has published books and tutorials such as "Great Leadership", "CEO Re-Takes the Long March", "Enterprise Strategic Decision-making - How to Establish Competitive Advantage", "100 Enterprise Cultural Project", "Enterprise Strategic Management Course" and other books and tutorials.
