李戈瑞，湖南湘潭人，央视特约评论员，知名军史专家，军事历史学博士，师从肖裕声少将。历任省军区参谋、干事、军事博物馆馆员等职。长期从事党史、军史研究和宣传工作。曾任《科学发展成就辉煌》《铭记光辉历史开创强军伟业——庆祝中国人民解放军建军90周年》《非战争军事行动》等多项中央级重大展览和驻香港和澳门部队军史馆陈列内容编辑设计工作。 参与《中国共产党军队政治工作史》《中国人民解放军历史纲要》等社科基金军事学项目重点课题和国家重大课题的研究。曾担任《高级将领传》皮定均、邓萍、张经武、李达等高级将领的撰稿和审稿工作。担任大型文献电视片《忠诚》《东方主战场》等片的撰稿和编导，著有《国殇——抗战中的血色交通线》和诗集《晨曦集》等。2017年获中宣部第十四届精神文明建设“五个一工程奖”。在《光明日报》《解放军报》《国防报》《军事历史》《武警学术》等报纸和重点期刊发表文章数十篇。
Li Gerui, a native of Xiangtan, Hunan, is currently a special commentator on CCTV, a well-known expert in military history, a doctor of military history, and studied under Major General Xiao Yusheng. He has successively served as a staff officer and officer of the Provincial Military Region, and a librarian of the Military Museum. He has been engaged in the research and propaganda of party history and military history for a long time. He has worked on the editing and design of a number of major exhibitions at the central level, such as "Scientific Development Makes Brilliant Achievements", "Remembering the Glorious History and Creating a Great Cause of Strengthening the Army: Celebrating the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army", "Non-war Military Operations", and the exhibition content of the Military History Museum of the Hong Kong and Macao Garrison. Participated in the research of key military science projects and major national topics such as "History of Political Work of the Communist Party of China Army" and "Outline of the History of the Chinese People's Liberation Army". He has served as the writer and reviewer of senior generals such as Pi Dingjun, Deng Ping, Zhang Jingwu, and Li Da of "Biography of Senior Generals". He served as the writer and director of large-scale documentary TV films "Loyalty" and "Oriental Main Battlefield", and wrote "National Martyrdom - The Bloody Traffic Line in the Anti-Japanese War" and the poetry collection "Dawn Collection". In 2017, he won the "Five One Project Award" of the 14th Spiritual Civilization Construction of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. He has published dozens of articles in newspapers and key journals such as Guangming Daily, People's Liberation Army Daily, National Defense News, Military History, and Armed Police Academic.
