中央党校教授，中央党校(国家行政学院)政治和法律教研部民商经济法室副主任
个人履历：
王静，中央党校(国家行政学院)政治和法律部民商经济法室副主任、中国人民大学法学院民商法学博士。曾任中央党校人权研究中心副主任，德国拜罗伊特大学、美国全美出庭律师协会访问学者，兼任中国律师学院教授、中国证券法学研究会理事。主要研究领域为法社会学、民商法学。1999年以来，在中央党校为党的中高级领导干部讲授众多专题课程，主持国家智库课题及中宣部、司法部、国家社会科学基金研究多项，撰写内参、研究报告多部。
Wang Jing is the deputy director of the Civil and Commercial Economic Law Office of the Political and Legal Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Administration), and a doctor of civil and commercial law from the Law School of Chinese University. He used to be the deputy director of the Human Rights Research Center of the Party School of the Central Committee, a visiting scholar at the University of Bayreuth in Germany and the National Trial Lawyers Association of United States, a professor at the China Lawyers College, and a director of the China Securities Law Research Association. His main research areas are legal sociology, civil and commercial law. Since 1999, he has taught many special courses for the party's middle and senior leading cadres at the Central Party School, presided over a number of national think tank projects and research projects of the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Social Science Foundation, and wrote many internal reference and research reports.
