个人履历：
肖宏宇，女，中央党校（国家行政学院）文史教研部教授，法学博士。1985年至1989年就读北京大学英语系，文学学士，1997年至1998年就读泰晤士河谷大学英语学院（1999年并入伦敦大学玛丽女王学院英语系），获应用语言学硕士；2001年至2007年就读北京大学国际关系学院，获法学博士。主要研究领域包括比较政治、非洲政治文化、英国政治文化等。发表论文数十篇；已出版专著《非洲一体化与现代化的互动：以西部非洲一体化的发展为例》，以及《非洲政府与政治（第四版）》、《维多利亚时代的政治文化：合情顺理》（第一译者）、《美国智库与政策建议：学者、咨询顾问与倡导者》（第一译者）等译著。
Xiao Hongyu, female, is a professor at the Department of Literature and History of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Administration), and a doctor of law. From 1985 to 1989, he studied at the Department of English of Peking University with a bachelor's degree in literature, and from 1997 to 1998, he studied at the School of English at Thames Valley University (merged into the Department of English at Queen Mary, University of London in 1999) and obtained a master's degree in applied linguistics. From 2001 to 2007, he studied at the School of International Studies, Peking University, and obtained a doctorate in law. His research interests include comparative politics, African political culture, and United Kingdom political culture. published dozens of papers; He has published monographs such as "The Interaction of African Integration and Modernization: A Case Study of the Development of West African Integration", as well as "Government and Politics in Africa (Fourth Edition)", "Victorian Political Culture: Logical Reason" (first translator), and "United States Think Tanks and Policy Advice: Scholars, Consultants and Advocates" (first translator).
