个人履历：
曹普，1965年生，江苏省东海县人，中央党校（国家行政学院）首批“主讲教授”、中央党校(国家行政学院)科学社会主义教研部主任、博士生导师、《科学社会主义》杂志主编、中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程专家，第十四届全国政协委员。兼任中国科学社会主义学会常务副会长、中国中共党史学会党的政治建设史专委会副会长等。全国宣传文化系统"四个一批"人才，国家"万人计划"哲学社会科学领军人才，中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程专家，享受国务院特殊津贴。主要从事中共党史、新时期改革开放史、中国特色社会主义基本理论的研究和教学工作。长期承担校（院）省部级干部、厅局级干部进修班，中青年干部、民族干部培训班，“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想”研修班等主体班次教学任务。主要讲授中国共产党的奋斗历程与优良传统、毛泽东对中国社会主义建设道路的探索、“文化大革命”及其教训、中国特色社会主义的开创与发展、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论、社会主义从理论到实践等多个专题，多次获校（院）年度教学优秀奖。主持完成多项国家社科基金课题和省部级科研课题，在《人民日报》《光明日报》《求是》《中共党史研究》《当代中国史研究》等报刊发表学术文章100余篇。曾参与十七大报告和十七届四中全会《决定》部分专题调研稿的研究和起草工作。出版专著有《当代中国改革开放史》《科学发展观与当代中国》《改革开放史研究中的若干重大问题》等，主编或参与编写的著作30余部。
Cao Pu, born in 1965 in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, is one of the first batch of "lecturers" at the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration), director of the Scientific Socialism Teaching and Research Department of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration), doctoral supervisor, editor-in-chief of the journal "Scientific Socialism", an expert in the research and construction of Marxist theory of the Central Committee, and a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is also the executive vice president of the Chinese Society of Scientific Socialism and the vice chairman of the Special Committee on the History of Political Construction of the Chinese Communist Party History Society. The "four batches" of talents in the national propaganda and cultural system, the leading talents in philosophy and social sciences of the national "Ten Thousand Talents Program", and the experts of the Central Marxist Theory Research and Construction Project enjoy the special allowance of the State Council. He is mainly engaged in the research and teaching of the history of the Communist Party of China, the history of reform and opening up in the new era, and the basic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. He has long undertaken the main class teaching tasks such as advanced training courses for provincial and ministerial-level cadres and department-level cadres of schools (colleges), training courses for young and middle-aged cadres and ethnic cadres, and seminars on "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era". He mainly teaches the struggle and fine traditions of the Communist Party of China, Mao Zedong's exploration of the road of China's socialist construction, the "Cultural Revolution" and its lessons, the creation and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the introduction of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and socialism from theory to practice. He has presided over and completed a number of national social science fund projects and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and published more than 100 academic articles in newspapers and periodicals such as People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Qiushi, Research on the History of the Communist Party of China, and Research on Contemporary Chinese History. He has participated in the research and drafting of the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the "Decision" of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee. He has published monographs such as "History of Reform and Opening-up in Contemporary China", "Scientific Outlook on Development and Contemporary China", "Some Major Issues in the Study of the History of Reform and Opening-up", etc., and has edited or participated in the compilation of more than 30 books.
