刘晋豫，国防大学国防经济研究中心原主任、技术二级教授、博士生导师，国防大学学科学术带头人，国防大学教学指导组教学指导专家，中国国防金融研究会副秘书长，国家安全与国防经济研究专业委员会副主任委员，中国国防金融研究会高级研究员，全国军民两用技术产业联盟顾问，丝路产业与国际金融联盟高级专家，国家战略研究院研究员，解放军军事经济研究中心副总干事，军事科学院军民融合研究中心特聘专家。出版著作《经济建设与国防建设协调发展的制度保障》、《军人工资经济学》等。先后获得国家国民经济动员先进个人，军队院校育才奖，全军政治理论教学优质课程一等奖，刘伯承奖、国防大学优质大课奖和优质课程奖。
Liu Jinyu, former director of the National Defense Economic Research Center of the National Defense University, second-level professor of technology, doctoral supervisor, academic leader of the discipline of the National Defense University, teaching guidance expert of the Teaching Guidance Group of the National Defense University, deputy secretary-general of the China National Defense Finance Research Association, vice chairman of the National Security and National Defense Economic Research Professional Committee, senior researcher of the China National Defense Finance Research Association, consultant of the National Military and Civilian Dual-use Technology Industry Alliance, senior expert of the Silk Road Industry and International Financial Alliance, researcher of the National Strategic Research Institute, Deputy Director-General of the Military Economic Research Center of the People's Liberation Army, Distinguished Expert of the Research Center for Civil-Military Integration of the Academy of Military Sciences. He has published books such as "Institutional Guarantee for the Coordinated Development of Economic Construction and National Defense Construction" and "Economics of Military Salaries". He has successively won the National Economic Mobilization Advanced Individual, the Military Academy Talent Cultivation Award, the First Prize of the Army's Political Theory Teaching Quality Course, the Liu Bocheng Award, the National Defense University Quality Course Award and the Quality Course Award.
