个人履历：
王建华，国内知名军事专家，国防大学联合作战学院教授、博士生导师、博士后合作导师（原石家庄陆军指挥学院教授、博士生导师），国防大学首批军事学硕士、国际战略学博士，国家国防教育专家库首批专家、北京社会科学院特邀研究员、解放军国际关系学院名誉教授、海军陆战学院名誉教授、公安海警学院名誉教授、解放军西安通信学院名誉教授。在《解放军报》《光明日报》《当代国际关系》《亚太研究》等报刊上发表文章80余篇，先后出版（主编或主创）《外军军事战略研究》《联合作战基本力量及协同》《网络战》《外（台）军作战研究》《外国及台湾地区军事战略研究》等著作10余部，所授课程入选军队院校百门精品网络课程库，参与建设完成的“陆军作战研究”被评为“国家精品课程”。荣立三等功2次，二等功1次，曾两次被评为全军优秀教师、被评为全军优秀研究生、总参英模，总参优秀教员标兵。曾多次国防大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、上海国际金融研修院、浙江大学、厦门大学领导干部培训班和全国党政机关工矿企业等讲学，并作为中国军事代表团成员访问欧洲九国，作为国防大学代表团成员访问东南亚等国，在全国举办讲座600余场，广受好评。王建华教授曾先后被《人民日报》誉为＂教书育人功绩卓著、科教创新堪称楷模＂，被《解放军报》以＂跨世纪人才从这里起步”和”执著＂为题介绍事迹，同时《中国陆军报》和陆军网、中央电视台都曾报道过他的事迹。
Wang Jianhua is a well-known military expert in China, a professor, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral cooperative supervisor of the Joint Operations College of the National Defense University (formerly a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Shijiazhuang Army Command College), the first batch of master's degrees in military science and a doctorate in international strategy at the National Defense University, the first batch of experts in the national defense education expert database, a specially invited researcher of the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences, an honorary professor of the PLA Institute of International Relations, an honorary professor of the Marine War College, an honorary professor of the Public Security and Coast Guard College, and an honorary professor of the Xi'an Communication College of the PLA. He has published more than 80 articles in newspapers and periodicals such as Jiefangjun Bao, Guangming Daily, Contemporary International Relations, and Asia-Pacific Studies, and has published (edited or created) more than 10 books, such as "Research on Military Strategy of Foreign Armies," "Basic Forces and Coordination of Joint Operations," "Network Warfare," "Research on Foreign (Taiwan) Military Operations," and "Military Strategy Research on Foreign Countries and Taiwan Regions." The courses taught have been selected into the database of 100 excellent online courses in military academies, and the "Army Operations Research" completed by participating in the construction has been rated as "National Excellent Courses." He was awarded two third-class merits and one second-class merit, and was twice rated as an outstanding teacher of the whole army, an outstanding graduate student of the whole army, a heroic model of the General Staff Department, and an outstanding teacher model of the General Staff Department. He has given lectures at the National Defense University, Tsinghua University, Chinese National University, Shanghai International Financial Research Institute, Zhejiang University, Xiamen University leading cadre training courses, and industrial and mining enterprises of party and government organs across the country on many occasions; as a member of the Chinese military delegation, he has visited nine European countries and Southeast Asia and other countries as a member of the National Defense University delegation, and has held more than 600 lectures throughout the country, which have been widely acclaimed. Professor Wang Jianhua has been praised by the "People's Daily" as "outstanding achievements in teaching and educating people, and exemplary innovation in science and education." His deeds have been introduced by the "People's Liberation Army Daily" under the titles of "Cross-Century Talent Starts Here" and "Perseverance." At the same time, his deeds have been reported by the "China Army Daily," the Army Network, and CCTV.
