个人履历：
郭伟涛，国防大学战略教研部教授、博士生导师、大校，军事战略专家。1987年毕业于国防大学研究生班一期，获军事学硕士学位，1990年毕业于美国哈佛大学研究班二期。1987年调国防大学战略教研室任教，历任讲师、副教授、教授、校学术委员会委员、战略学学科学术带头人、博士生导师，北京大学、清华大学特邀教授等，长期从事中国军事战略教学科研工作，著有《人民战争论》、《战争战略军队》等学术专著六部，发表学术论文和咨询报告60余篇，培养硕士研究生、博士研究生30余名。
Guo Weitao is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, and a senior colonel, and an expert in military strategy. In 1987, he graduated from the first graduate class of the National Defense University with a master's degree in military science, and in 1990, he graduated from the second phase of the graduate program of Harvard University in United States. In 1987, he was transferred to the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University to teach, and successively served as a lecturer, associate professor, professor, member of the academic committee of the university, academic leader of the discipline of strategy, doctoral supervisor, and invited professor of Peking University and Tsinghua University.
