少将，国防大学教授、博士研究生导师，国防大学战略部原副主任
个人履历：
孙科佳将军，国防大学战略部教授、博士研究生导师，全军院校育才银奖获得者，全军优秀教师，全军爱军精武标兵，国防大学杰出教授。孙科佳，军事学博士，1957年8月出生，1974年12月入伍，历任参谋、干事、国防大学研究生院训练参谋、国防大学战略教研部教员，国防大学战略部副主任，是一个真正从士兵到将军的人。主要从事国防和军队建设教学和科研工作，近年来多次参与中央军委重要文件起草，主要从事国家安全、国防和军队建设方面的教学科研。曾赴美、英、法、日、韩等进行军事学术交流。所讲授的大课有《国防建设的跨越式发展》、《中国特色的军事变革》、《江泽民国防和军队建设思想》。出版《战略学》、《邓小平新时期军队建设思想》、《江泽民国防和军队建设思想》等著作12部，曾获第五届中国人民解放军优秀图书奖、国防大学优质教材奖和优秀科研成果奖、国防大学首届“十大理论创新成果奖”。
Major General Sun Kejia is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Strategic Department of the National Defense University, a winner of the Silver Medal for Cultivating Talents in Military Academies, an outstanding teacher of the whole army, a model of the elite military of the whole army, and an outstanding professor of the National Defense University. Sun Kejia, a doctor of military science, was born in August 1957, enlisted in the army in December 1974, and successively served as a staff officer, an officer, a training staff officer of the Graduate School of the National Defense University, a teacher of the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, and a former deputy director of the Strategic Department of the National Defense University. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of national defense and army building, and has participated in the drafting of important documents of the Central Military Commission for many times in recent years, mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in national security, national defense and army construction. He has gone to the United States, Britain, France, Japan, and South Korea for military academic exchanges. The major courses he taught included "Leapfrog Development of National Defense Construction," "Military Reform with Chinese Characteristics," and "Jiang Zemin's Thought on National Defense and Army Building." He has published 12 books, including "Strategic Science," "Deng Xiaoping's Thought on Army Building in the New Period," and "Jiang Zemin's Thought on National Defense and Army Building," and has won the Fifth Chinese People's Liberation Army Excellent Book Award, the National Defense University Quality Teaching Materials Award and the Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award, and the first "Top Ten Theoretical Innovation Achievement Awards" of the National Defense University.
