国防大学教授，大校，原国防大学第一大学生军训教研副主任。
个人履历：
曹永胜教授，大校军衔，国防大学第一大学生军训教研原副主任，军事学博士，硕士生导师，中俄友好协会理事，全军国防教育讲师团成员，北京市普通高等学校军事课教学指导委员会委员。毕业于解放军国际关系学院、国防大学研究生院。2008年4月-2009年10月参加援外军事专家教学组在坦桑尼亚高级军事学院担任培训教官；2018年-2021年在俄联邦武装力量总参军事学院学习。长期从事国际战略环境，周边安全形势等领域的研究与教学。出版《南亚大象一一印度军事战略发展与现状》、《俄罗斯强军兴国之道》等多部专著。主讲《当今世界格局下的中国国家安全形势》，《尚武精神与中国梦》，《南亚地区地缘政治问题》等课题。《尚武精神与中国梦》作为国防和国家安全教育重要课题之一，曾在北京、吉林、湖南、广西等地党政机关和高校宣讲，应邀在深圳市民文化大讲堂演讲并被深圳电视台录制展播。
Professor Cao Yongsheng, with the rank of major, is the former deputy director of the First College Students' Military Training Teaching and Research Institute of National Defense University, doctor of military science, master's supervisor, director of the China-Russia Friendship Association, member of the All-Army National Defense Education Lecture Group, and member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Military Classes in Beijing Ordinary Higher Education Institutions. He graduated from the PLA Institute of International Relations and the Graduate School of National Defense University. from April 2008 to October 2009, he participated in the teaching group of foreign-aided military experts and served as a training instructor in Tanzania's Higher Military Academy; from 2018 to 2021, he studied in the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He has long been engaged in research and teaching in the fields of international strategic environment, neighboring security situation. He has published a number of monographs, including The Elephant of South Asia I India's Military Strategy Development and Current Situation and The Way of Russia's Strong Army and Rise of the Nation. He has lectured on China's National Security Situation in Today's World, Shangwu Spirit and the Chinese Dream, and Geopolitical Issues in South Asia. As one of the important topics of national defense and national security education, “The Spirit of Shangwu and the Chinese Dream” has been lectured in party and government organs and colleges and universities in Beijing, Jilin, Hunan, Guangxi, etc., and was invited to give a speech in Shenzhen Citizen's Cultural Lecture Hall, which was recorded and broadcasted by Shenzhen TV Station.
