国防大学教授、博士生导师，国防大学战略咨询小组副组长，军事战略专家，大校军衔。
个人履历：
王宝付，辽宁盘锦人，国防大学教授、博士生导师，军事战略专家，大校军衔，国防大学杰出教授，获军队杰出技术人才奖、军队院校育才奖，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1972年12月应征入伍，历任参谋、研究员，中国驻叙利亚大使馆陆海空军副武官，国防大学国际防务学院训练处处长，战略研究所副所长等，现任国防大学战略咨询小组副组长。先后毕业于军事学院、国防大学研究生院，并在解放军国际关系学院、北京外国语大学学习进修。曾在美国乔治城大学外交学院、日本防卫研究所做高级访问学者。长期从事国际安全问题研究，主要研究方向是全球反恐形势、亚太地区安全，著有《国际战略形势分析》、《中国国家安全战略问题研究》、《导弹防御与全球战略稳定》、《美军特种作战部队与特种作战》、《战役发展史》等，在《学习时报》《人民日报》、《解放军报》、《求是文摘》、《紫光阁》、人民网、光明网等期刊媒体发表各类文章一千余篇。全军外宣专家，中央电视台国防军事频道特约专家，经常在中央电视台点评国际热点和军事问题。
Wang Baofu, a native of Panjin, Liaoning Province, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the National Defense University, a military strategy expert, with the rank of colonel, and an outstanding professor of the National Defense University. He was conscripted into the army in December 1972 and has served as a staff officer, researcher, deputy military attache of the army, navy and air force of the Chinese Embassy in Syria, director of the training department of the International Defense College of the National Defense University, deputy director of the Institute of Strategic Studies, etc., and is currently the deputy head of the strategic advisory group of the National Defense University. He graduated from the Military Academy and the Graduate School of the National Defense University, and studied at the PLA Institute of International Relations and Beijing University of Foreign Chinese. He was a senior visiting scholar at the School of Foreign Service and the Japan Institute of Defense Studies at Georgetown University in United States. He has been engaged in the study of international security issues for a long time, and his main research direction is the global anti-terrorism situation and the security of the Asia-Pacific region, and he is the author of "Analysis of the International Strategic Situation", "Research on China's National Security Strategic Issues", "Missile Defense and Global Strategic Stability", "US Special Operations Forces and Special Operations", "History of Campaign Development", etc., and has published more than 1,000 articles in periodicals and media such as "Study Times", "People's Daily", "People's Liberation Army Daily", "Qiushi Digest", "Ziguangge", "People's Daily Online", "Guangming Network" and other periodicals. He is an expert in the army's foreign propaganda and a special expert of CCTV's national defense and military channel, and often comments on international hot spots and military issues on CCTV.
