个人履历
纪明葵，国防大学教学督导组专家，国防大学战略、战役学教授，研究生导师，国防大学训练部原副教育长，少将军衔。兰州大学、内蒙古师范大学、延安干部学院兼职教授。纪明葵教授，1948年9月出生，自1976年开始军事外交、战略、战役、指挥和军事运筹学科的研究，先后培养了上至总统下至上校级外国军官数千名。参预了军事外交政策、法规的制定。提出了战略危机和地区危机控制理论、战略决策理论、军事领域合作理论、现代战役研究、军事运筹基础模型建设理论。并组织完成了国家"863计划"----306主题科研计划，完成了"9478工程"、"971工程"、"昌平一号工程"。获国家自然科学二等奖、全军教学科研一等奖多项，获特优教员、全军育才奖、全军外训先进个人称号。第三届（2006）中国发展百人奖获得者。著有《A地区战略危机决策与控制管理》、《洛湖地区战争的决策与指挥控制》、《高等院校军事理论教程》、《危机控制与管理》、《打击跨国犯罪》、《国际恐怖主义与反恐怖斗争》、《现代战役研究》等。
Ji Mingkui is an expert of the Teaching Supervision Group of the National Defense University, a professor of strategy and campaign studies at the National Defense University, a graduate tutor, and the former deputy director of education of the Training Department of the National Defense University, with the rank of major general. Adjunct professor of Lanzhou University, Mongolia Normal University, and Yan'an Executive Leadership College. Professor Ji Mingkui, born in September 1948, has been researching military diplomacy, strategy, campaign, command and military operations research since 1976, and has trained thousands of foreign officers at the level of president and colonel. Participated in the formulation of military foreign policy and regulations. He put forward the theory of strategic crisis and regional crisis control, the theory of strategic decision-making, the theory of cooperation in the military field, the study of modern campaigns, and the theory of building the basic model of military operations research. It has also organized and completed the national "863 Program" ---- 306 theme scientific research plans, and completed the "9478 Project", "971 Project" and "Changping No. 1 Project". He has won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award, the first prize of the All-Army Teaching and Scientific Research Award, and the title of Outstanding Teacher, All-Army Talent Cultivation Award, and Advanced Individual in All-Army Foreign Training. Winner of the 3rd (2006) China Development 100 Talents Award. He is the author of "Strategic Crisis Decision-making and Control Management in Area A", "Decision-making and Command and Control of War in Luohu Area", "Military Theory Course in Colleges and Universities", "Crisis Control and Management", "Combating Transnational Crime", "International Terrorism and Anti-Terrorism Struggle", "Modern Campaign Research", etc.
