个人履历：
李建昌，国防大学教授、博士生导师，少将军衔，全军理论创新抜尖人才导师，校教学指导专家。曾任部队宣传处长、组织处长，边防军分区政治部主任等。1996年选调至国防大学任教，历任国防大学学科学术带头人、军队政工教研室主任、教研部副主任。曾获国家精品课程、军队优质课程奖，育才金奖，案例教学一等奖，连续10年获国防大学优质大课奖，获国家、军队教学科研奖百余项，指导毕业博士、硕士研究生（出站博士后）73人。主编和参编教材专著20余部。被长征干部学院聘为名誉院长，被军地多个单位特聘为客座教授。
Li Jianchang is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the National Defense University, with the rank of major general, a mentor of top-notch talents in theoretical innovation in the whole army, and an expert in teaching guidance of the university. He served as the director of the propaganda department and the organization department of the army, and the director of the political department of the border defense division. In 1996, he was transferred to the National Defense University to teach, and successively served as the academic leader of the National Defense University, the director of the military political work teaching and research department, and the deputy director of the teaching and research department. He has won the National Excellent Course, the Military Quality Course Award, the Gold Award for Cultivating Talents, the First Prize for Case Teaching, the National Defense University Quality Course Award for 10 consecutive years, more than 100 national and military teaching and scientific research awards, and supervised 73 doctoral and master's students (outbound postdoctoral fellows). He has edited and participated in the compilation of more than 20 textbook monographs. He was appointed as the honorary dean of the Long March Cadre Academy and as a visiting professor by many military and local units.
