个人履历:
雷增光:男,1961年4月出生,陕西澄城县人,核材料与核燃料专家,中国工程院院士,研究员级高级工程师,中国核工业集团有限公司科学技术委员会高级顾问、原总工程师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1978年入读于清华大学工程物理系 。1983年、1986年,先后获得清华大学学士、硕士学位 。1986年,被分配至陕西汉中核工业四〇五厂。1987年3月,任四〇五厂技术处工艺技术科副科长、工程师。1991年10月,任四〇五厂车间副主任、高级工程师。1994年,负责指导四〇五厂大型技改引进工程项目的施工工作。1997年10月,任四〇五厂总工程师。2001年1月,任四〇五厂副厂长。2002年,调任天津核工业理化工程研究院院长。2006年1月,获得清华大学工程物理系博士学位。2010年5月,任中国核工业集团有限公司总工程师。2022年3月,正式退休,担任中国核工业集团有限公司科技委高级顾问、战略咨询委委员。雷增光主要从事铀浓缩技术研究,是中国在该领域的学术带头人,是中国铀浓缩离心机研制和工业化应用的主要组织者之一。主持和参与了中国首座引进离心浓缩铀工程的建设和运行、第一代铀浓缩专业设备工业化研究和制造厂建设、第二代铀浓缩专用设备研制等各环节的工程和科研攻关,为突破专用设备研制、批量制造和工厂建设运行等关键技术做出了突出贡献。获得国家科技进步二等奖3项、省部级科技奖20项,2004年入选“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”,2012年获“第三届国防科技工业杰出人才奖”,2014年获第五届“全国杰出专业技术人才”荣誉称号,荣获2019年度何梁何利工程建设技术奖。
Lei Zengguang: Male, born in April 1961, from Chengcheng County, Shaanxi Province, expert in nuclear materials and nuclear fuel, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, senior engineer at the researcher level, senior advisor to the Science and Technology Committee of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and former chief engineer, recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance. In 1978, he was admitted to the Department of Engineering Physics at Tsinghua University. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from Tsinghua University in 1983 and 1986, respectively. In 1986, he was assigned to the 405 Nuclear Industry Plant in Hanzhong, Shaanxi. In March 1987, he served as Deputy Section Chief and Engineer of the Process Technology Section in the Technical Department of Plant 405. In October 1991, he became Deputy Director of the workshop and Senior Engineer. In 1994, he was responsible for guiding the construction of major technological renovation projects at Plant 405. In October 1997, he was appointed Chief Engineer of Plant 405. In January 2001, he became Deputy Director of Plant 405. In 2002, he was transferred to serve as President of the Tianjin Nuclear Industry Institute of Physical and Chemical Engineering. In January 2006, he received his doctoral degree from the Department of Engineering Physics at Tsinghua University. In May 2010, he was appointed Chief Engineer of China National Nuclear Corporation. In March 2022, he officially retired, serving as Senior Advisor to the Science and Technology Committee and member of the Strategic Consulting Committee of CNNC. He primarily engages in uranium enrichment technology research and is a leading figure in this field in China. He is one of the main organizers of the development and industrial application of uranium enrichment centrifuges in China. He has led and participated in the construction and operation of China’s first imported centrifuge uranium enrichment project, research and manufacturing of the first generation of specialized uranium enrichment equipment, and the development of second-generation specialized uranium enrichment equipment, contributing significantly to breakthroughs in the development, mass production, and plant construction and operation of specialized equipment. He has received three Second Prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and 20 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards. In 2004, he was selected as a national candidate for the 'New Century Talents Project,' in 2012 he received the 'Third Defense Science and Technology Industry Outstanding Talent Award,' in 2014 he was honored as one of the 'Fifth National Outstanding Professional and Technical Personnel,' and he was awarded the 2019 Ho Leung Ho Lee Engineering Construction Technology Award.
