个人履历：
孔志印：男，1964年8月出生，河北邢台市沙河市人，信息安全技术专家，中国工程院院士，研究员，哈尔滨工程大学计算机学科发展战略咨询委员会成员，武汉大学、北京邮电大学等多所高校兼职教授。2007年毕业于解放军信息工程大学，获博士学位。长期从事军事信息网络安全保密技术研究，先后主持解放军三代网络安全系统研制，在网络安全理论及工程建设方面取得系统性、开拓性成果。先后获国家科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖2项，以及全国优秀科技工作者、新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选等奖励和荣誉。
Kong Zhiyin: Male, born in August 1964, from Shahe City, Xingtai, Hebei Province, information security technology expert, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, researcher, member of the Strategic Advisory Committee for the Development of the Computer Discipline at Harbin Engineering University, and part-time professor at Wuhan University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and several other universities. He graduated from the PLA Information Engineering University in 2007 with a doctoral degree. He has long been engaged in research on military information network security and confidentiality technology, and has successively led the development of the PLA's third-generation network security system, achieving systematic and pioneering results in both network security theory and engineering construction. He has won two first-class and two second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, as well as honours such as National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker and National-level candidate of the New Century Talents Project.
