个人履历：
张少刚：男，汉族，1964年4月生于山东青岛，中国国际贸易促进委员会原党组成员、副会长，中国国际商会原副会长，商务部国际经贸关系司前司长、区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）前中方首席谈判代表（负责中国与东盟、新西兰、新加坡、冰岛等FTA谈判）。1988年8月参加工作，1987年6月加入中国共产党。北京大学国际政治系国际政治专业本科毕业，美国卡耐基梅隆大学公共管理专业硕士研究生。历任：外经贸部国际经贸关系司副处长、处长，商务部国际经贸关系司处长，商务部国际贸易谈判代表办公室国际贸易谈判代表助理（副司级），常驻纽约联合国代表团公使衔参赞，美国使馆公使衔经济商务参赞（正司级），商务部国际经贸关系司司长。经常受邀为北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、对外经济贸易大学等高校及政府机构讲授国际贸易相关专题讲座。
Zhang Shaogang: Male, Han ethnicity, born in Qingdao, Shandong Province in April 1964, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, former Vice President of the China Chamber of International Commerce, former Director of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Commerce, and former Chief Negotiator of the Chinese Side of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) (responsible for FTA negotiations between China and ASEAN, New Zealand, Singapore, Iceland and other countries). He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1987. He graduated from the Department of International Politics of Peking University with a bachelor's degree in international politics and received a master's degree in public administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He has served as Deputy Director and Director of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Director of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Commerce, Assistant to the International Trade Negotiator of the Office of the International Trade Negotiators of the Ministry of Commerce (Deputy Director level), Minister Counsellor of the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, Minister and Commercial Counsellor of the United States Embassy (Chief Minister), and Director of the Department of International Economic and Trade Relations of the Ministry of Commerce. He is often invited to give lectures on international trade to Peking University, Tsinghua University, Chinese University, University of International Business and Economics and other universities and government agencies.
