个人履历：
孟晓驷：女，1956年5月生，江苏灌南人，经济学博士，中国妇女发展基金会原理事长，中国妇联原党组副书记、副主席、书记处书记，文化部原党组副书记、副部长，中共十七大代表，全国第十二届全国政协常委。1975年7月参加工作，1979年1月加入中国共产党，中央党校政治经济学专业毕业，中央党校研究生学历，经济学博士学位。先后任：文化部社会文化司副司长，文化市场局副局长、局长，河北省石家庄市副市长，文化部党组副书记、副部长，全国妇联党组副书记，副主席、书记处书记。孟晓驷长期分管国际交流和组织工作，具有丰富的领导经验和开阔的国际视野。在北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、中国传媒大学等多所高校讲授文化和领导力专题反响热烈。著有《物质与文化均衡发展分析》，先后在《中国行政管理》《人民日报》《光明日报》《求是》《经济日报》《中国文化报》《中外文化交流》等等刊物上发表论文、文章数十篇，其中多篇被《新华文摘》转载。2005年获法国希拉克总统签字的法兰西国家功勋军官级勋章，2006年获俄罗斯总统普京签字颁发的普希金勋章。
Meng Xiaosi: Female, born in May 1956, from Guannan, Jiangsu Province, doctor of economics, chairman of the China Women's Development Foundation, former deputy secretary of the party group, vice chairman and secretary of the secretariat of the China Women's Federation, former deputy secretary of the party group and vice minister of the Ministry of Culture, representative of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and member of the Standing Committee of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1979, graduating from the Central Party School with a major in political economy, a postgraduate degree from the Central Party School, and a doctorate in economics. He has successively served as Deputy Director of the Department of Social Culture of the Ministry of Culture, Deputy Director and Director of the Cultural Market Bureau, Deputy Mayor of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation. He has been in charge of international exchanges and organization for a long time, with rich leadership experience and a broad international vision. He has lectured on culture and leadership topics in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan, Communication University of China and other universities, and has received enthusiastic responses. He is the author of "Analysis of Balanced Development of Material and Culture", and has published dozens of papers and articles in publications such as "China Administration", "People's Daily", "Guangming Daily", "Qiushi", "Economic Daily", "China Culture Daily", "Sino-foreign Cultural Exchanges" and other publications, many of which have been reprinted by "Xinhua Digest". In 2005, he was awarded the French National Meritorious Officer Rank Medal signed by President Chirac of France, and in 2006, he was awarded the Pushkin Medal signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
