个人履历：
藏安民：男，1959年生，河南沈丘人，在职研究生学历，中共党员，全国党建研究会常务理事，中央组织部原秘书长（副部长级），第十三届全国政协委员。2008年3月任河南省委组织部常务副部长（正厅级）；2010年11月任中央组织部研究室（政策法规局）主任（局长）；2015年4月起先后任中央巡视组副部级巡视专员、中央组织部部务委员（副部长级）；2016年11月至2020年9月，任中央组织部秘书长，同时担任中央组织部新闻发言人。藏安民在《求是》《光明日报》《人民日报》等重要报刊上发表理论文章多篇。
Zang Anmin: male, born in 1959, from Shenqiu, Henan Province, on-the-job postgraduate degree, member of the Communist Party of China, executive director of the National Party Building Research Association, former secretary-general of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee (deputy minister level), member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In March 2008, he was appointed as the Executive Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Henan Provincial Party Committee (department level); In November 2010, he was appointed as the Director (Director) of the Research Office (Policy and Regulation Bureau) of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee; Since April 2015, he has successively served as Deputy Ministerial-level Inspector of the Central Inspection Group and Member of the Organization Department of the Central Committee (Vice Minister level); From November 2016 to September 2020, he served as the Secretary-General of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the spokesperson of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. He has published many theoretical articles in important newspapers and periodicals such as Qiushi, Guangming Daily, and People's Daily.
