宋志平简历
宋志平：著名的企业家、企业改革家和企业思想家，中国上市公司协会会长，中国企业改革与发展研究会会长，世界水泥协会主席，兼任长江商学院实践教授、北京大学国发院实践教授、上海高级金融学院兼职教授，党的十五大和十八大代表，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，全国劳动模范。曾担任中国建材集团有限公司党委书记、董事长，中国医药集团总公司董事长。宋志平深耕企业40年，始终奋战在企业改革的最前沿，创造了大量鲜活的企业管理和改革经验。他在同时出任中国建材集团和国药集团董事长期间，带领两家企业双双跻身世界500强。宋志平在推动国企改革、提高上市公司质量等方面做出了巨大努力。他的远见卓识得到企业界广泛认可和尊重。创并成功实践了“央企市营”“整合优化”“格子化管控”“八大工法”“三精管理”等一系列先进的经营管理模式。先后推动8家央企重组，混合近千家民企，创造性地提出“央企的实力+民企的活力=企业的竞争力”公式，被公认为我国混合所有制改革的先行者。出版 《创新高地》《共享机制》《有效的经营者》《包容的力量》《央企市营》《整合优化》《国民共进》《我的企业观》《经营方略》《笃行致远》《经营心得》《改革心路》《问道改革》《问道管理》《问道创新》《企业迷思》《企业心语》《经营制胜》《三精管理》等20余部著作。曾荣获中国优秀企业家金球奖、中国十大并购人物、袁宝华企业管理金奖、“石川馨—狩野”奖、中国经济年度人物、中国证券金紫荆奖「最具影响力领袖奖」、全球华人经济领袖、影响改革开放进程的企业领袖、财富年度中国商人、《财富》CEO终生成就奖、改革开放40年40人——中国最具影响力十大创新人物、新中国成立70周年卓越贡献企业家终身成就奖等多项殊荣。
Song Zhiping: A well-known entrepreneur, corporate reformer, and business thinker, he is the president of the China Listed Companies Association, the president of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Research Association, and the chairman of the World Cement Association. He also serves as a practice professor at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, a practice professor at Peking University's National Development Institute, and an adjunct professor at Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance. He has been a delegate to the 15th and 18th National Congress of the Communist Party, enjoys special government allowances from the State Council, and is a national model worker. He previously served as the party secretary and chairman of China National Building Material Group Corp. and the chairman of China National Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Song Zhiping has dedicated 40 years to business, consistently fighting at the forefront of corporate reform, and has created a wealth of vivid corporate management and reform experiences. During his tenure as chairman of both China National Building Material Group and China National Pharmaceutical Group, he led both companies to be ranked among the Fortune Global 500. Song Zhiping has made great efforts in promoting state-owned enterprise reform and improving the quality of listed companies. His foresight is widely recognized and respected in the business community. He has innovated and successfully implemented a series of advanced management models such as 'Central Enterprises Market Management,' 'Integration and Optimization,' 'Grid-based Control,' 'Eight Major Methods,' and 'Three Precision Management.' He has successively promoted the restructuring of eight central enterprises and mixed with nearly a thousand private enterprises, creatively proposing the formula 'The strength of central enterprises + The vitality of private enterprises = The competitiveness of enterprises,' which is recognized as a pioneer in China's mixed-ownership reform. He has received numerous awards including the Golden Ball Award for Outstanding Chinese Entrepreneurs, China's Top Ten Merger and Acquisition Figures, Yuan Baohua Management Gold Award, 'Ishikawa Katsu - Kano Award,' Annual Person of the Year in China, Gold Bauhinia Award for the Most Influential Leader, Global Chinese Economic Leaders, Influential Business Leaders in the Process of Reform and Opening Up, Annual Chinese Businessman by Fortune, the Lifetime Achievement Award from Fortune CEO, and the '40 Most Influential Innovative Figures in 40 Years of Reform and Opening Up' and the Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Contribution to 70 Years Since the Founding of New China, among many others.
