周鸿祎：男，1970年10月生于河南省驻马店市，祖籍湖北，著名企业家，互联网免费安全模式缔造者，360集团创始人，第十四、十三届全国政协委员、九三学社第十四届中央委员会委员、全国工商联十二届执委会执行委员，被授予国务院政府特殊津贴、国家百千万人才工程有突出贡献中青年专家等称号。兼任大数据协同安全技术国家工程实验室理事长、中国网络空间安全协会副理事长等职务。2005年，周鸿祎创立360公司，创造性地推出“免费安全”战略，颠覆了传统互联网安全行业模式，提高了中国网络安全的整体水平，开创了中国互联网的新格局。2011年3月，率领360公司在美国纽交所上市，将之发展成为全球领先、中国第一的互联网安全企业。2018年2月，为更好地服务国家网络安全事业，周鸿祎带领360从美股私有化回归A股，成为纯内资的网络安全企业。近年来，面对全球不断深化的数字化环境与日益复杂的国际国内网络安全形势，周鸿祎再次提出全新的“大安全”战略，开启360政企安全3.0时代，以“360 安全大脑”和安全基础设施为底层建筑，以安全专家团队、安全运营战法、实战检验机制和安全互通标准为运营要素，构建了一套应对网络新威胁的新时代网络安全能力框架体系，接连服务于重庆、天津、山东、上海等地的安全基础设施和运营，树立了标志性的城市级安全服务典范。出版《想赢就要敢上场》《颠覆者：周鸿祎自传》《周鸿祎自述：我的互联网方法论》等多部著作。周鸿祎入选中国十大财经人物、入选十大经济年度人物、入选“25位年度影响力企业领袖”，获得中国互联网年度人物、全国劳动模范、中国民营企业社会责任优秀企业家，被称为免费安全之父。
Zhou Hongyi: Male, born in October 1970 in Zhu Ma Dian City, Henan Province, with ancestral roots in Hubei. He is a famous entrepreneur and the creator of the free internet security model, founder of 360 Group, and a member of the 13th and 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as well as a member of the 14th Central Committee of the Jiusan Society and an executive member of the 12th Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He has been awarded titles such as Special Government Allowance from the State Council, and Outstanding Contribution Young and Middle-aged Experts in the National Talent Project. He also holds positions as the Chairman of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Collaborative Security Technology and Vice Chairman of the China Cybersecurity Association. In 2005, Zhou Hongyi founded 360 Company and innovatively launched the 'free security' strategy, overturning the traditional model of the internet security industry and enhancing the overall level of cybersecurity in China, paving a new path for the Chinese internet. In March 2011, he led 360 Company to list on the New York Stock Exchange, developing it into the world's leading and China's largest internet security company. In February 2018, to better serve the national cybersecurity cause, Zhou Hongyi led 360 in its privatization from the U.S. stock market back to the A-share market, transforming it into a wholly domestic cybersecurity firm. In recent years, facing the increasingly deepening digital environment and the increasingly complex international and domestic cybersecurity situation, Zhou Hongyi once again proposed a brand new 'Big Security' strategy, ushering in the 3.0 era of 360 government and enterprise security. He established a new framework for cybersecurity capabilities to tackle new network threats using the '360 Security Brain' and security infrastructure as foundational elements, combined with a team of security experts, security operations strategies, practical testing methodologies, and standards for security interoperability. This has continuously served the security infrastructure and operations in cities like Chongqing, Tianjin, Shandong, and Shanghai, setting a benchmark for urban-level security services. He has published several works including 'To Win, You Must Dare to Take the Field', 'Disruptor: Zhou Hongyi's Autobiography', and 'Zhou Hongyi's Account: My Internet Methodology'. Zhou Hongyi has been recognized as one of China's top ten financial figures, one of the top ten economic figures of the year, and one of the '25 Influential Business Leaders of the Year'. He has received various accolades including China's Internet Person of the Year, National Model Worker, and Excellent Entrepreneur for Social Responsibility in Private Enterprises, and is known as the Father of Free Security.
