郭仁忠
中国工程院院士，深圳大学智慧城市研究院院长、教授
个人履历：
郭仁忠：男，1956年8月出生，江苏盐城人，地理信息工程专家，中国工程院院士、国际欧亚科学院院士，深圳大学智慧城市研究院院长、教授、博士生导师，武汉大学博士生导师，广东院士联合会会长，享受国务政府特殊津贴。1978年考入武汉测绘学院地图制图系，先后获得学士、硕士学位；1990年获得法国弗朗什-孔泰大学地理学博士学位；1995年至1996年担任武汉测绘科技大学副院长、教授；1996年调入深圳市规划国土局工作；2003年当选国际欧亚科学院院士；2013年当选中国工程院院士；2017年出任深圳大学智慧城市研究院院长。长期从事地理信息技术理论研究和工程应用，在中国国内最早进行地理信息空间分析研究，出版了该领域中国国内最早的理论专著《空间分析》，90年代后期在深圳主持建成中国最早的基于GIS技术的大型分布式国土资源管理信息系统，引领了中国国土资源管理的信息化进程。先后主持完成各类研究和应用工程30多项；主编地图集3部，出版著作3部，发表论文100余篇，被引用2000多次。研究成果获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖2项（均为第一完成人）、省部级科技进步一等奖5项、国际奖2项。
