个人履历:
杨永斌:男,1954年8月22日出生于福建金门,结构力学与动力专家,中国工程院院士,奥地利科学院外籍院士、欧盟科学院院士、欧洲科学与艺术院院士,台湾大学名誉教授,重庆大学工程振动与防灾研究中心主任、重庆大学土木工程学院荣誉院长,美国土木工程师学会会士、国际计算力学学会会士、台湾力学学会会士。1976年从台湾大学土木系毕业,1980年获得台湾大学硕士学位;1984年获得美国康乃尔大学博士学位后回到台湾大学土木系工作至2014年退休;1999年至2005年担任台湾大学工学院院长;2007年当选为奥地利科学院外籍院士;2009年当选中国工程院院士;2009年至2013年担任云林科技大学校长;2014年全职加盟重庆大学。长期从事结构力学与动力研究,研究领域包括:结构非线性理论、桥梁动力理论、和列车波动传播分析法。出版英文专著4部,在中国国内外期刊发表学术论文230余篇、中国国内外会议论文270余篇,2016年成为全球150位土木工程高被引学者。曾获国际华人计算力学奖、TsuboiAward、NishinoMedal、Zienkiewicz Medal、国科会杰出研究奖(台湾)、美国土木工程学会(ASCE)大中华区终身成就奖、IASS荣誉会员、重庆市杰出英才奖、李国豪原创桥梁技术奖、重庆市自然科学一等奖、中国公路学会科学技术特等奖等。
Yang Yongbin: Male, born on August 22, 1954, in Kinmen, Fujian. He is an expert in structural mechanics and dynamics, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a foreign member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, a member of the European Academy of Sciences, Arts and Humanities, and an honorary professor at National Taiwan University. He also serves as the honorary dean of the School of Civil Engineering at Chongqing University, a fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the International Association for Computational Mechanics, and the Taiwanese Society of Mechanics. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University in 1976, earned his master’s degree there in 1980, and received his PhD from Cornell University in 1984. After that, he returned to work at NTU's Civil Engineering Department until his retirement in 2014. He served as dean of the College of Engineering at NTU from 1999 to 2005. In 2007, he was elected a foreign member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. In 2009, he became an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and served as president of National Yunlin University of Science and Technology from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, he joined Chongqing University full-time. He has long been engaged in the study of structural mechanics and dynamics, focusing on research areas such as nonlinear structural theory, bridge dynamics theory, and train-induced wave propagation analysis. He has published four books in English and over 230 academic journal papers and more than 270 conference papers domestically and internationally. In 2016, he was recognized as one of the top 150 highly cited civil engineers worldwide. He has received numerous awards, including the International Chinese Computational Mechanics Award, the Tsuboi Award, the Nishino Medal, the Zienkiewicz Medal, the Outstanding Research Award from the National Science Council (Taiwan), the ASCE Lifetime Achievement Award for the Greater China Region, honorary membership in IASS, the Chongqing Outstanding Talent Award, the Li Guohao Original Bridge Technology Award, the First Prize in Natural Science of Chongqing, and the Special Award for Science and Technology from the China Highway Society.
