个人履历:
刘加平:男,1967年1月出生,江苏海安人,土木工程材料专家,中国工程院院士,东南大学首席教授、博士生导师,东南大学第十二届学术委员会主任委员,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,入选第一批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,江苏省第十四届人民代表大会代表。1990年从重庆建筑工程学院建筑材料及制品专业毕业;1995年获得东南大学硕士学位;2008年获得南京工业大学博士学位。一直从事高性能混凝土流动性调控、裂缝控制、服役性能提升的基础理论和关键技术研究,围绕混凝土收缩裂缝控制和超高性能化两个核心内容,发展了收缩开裂的理论体系,创新了超高性能混凝土技术,建立了减缩抗裂、力学性能提升和流变性能调控三个关键技术群,发明了系列功能材料,成功应用于港珠澳隧道沉管和南京长江五桥等110余项重大工程;实现了地下空间、隧道、长大结构等无可见裂缝,提升了构筑物的抗侵彻爆炸和承载能力。以第一发明人获授权发明专利91件,国际专利14件;先后发表SCI、EI收录论文258篇,主、参编标准或规程22项。研究成果获得国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖4项。荣获江苏省青年科技标兵、江苏省建设系统创新先进个人、“南京市科技功臣”、江苏省“五一”劳动奖章、江苏省创新创业人才奖、全国五一劳动奖章、第二届全国创新争先奖等多项荣誉。
