个人履历:
魏于全:男,1959年6月出生,四川南江县人,肿瘤治疗及肿瘤免疫学家,中国科学院院士,四川大学生物治疗临床肿瘤中心主任、生物治疗国家重点实验室主任,教授、博士生导师,国家863计划生物工程技术主题专家组组长,四川大学原副校长,四川省医促会会长,教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。国家自然科学基金第七、八届学科评审组成员,国家新药评审委员会评审专家,第五届教育部科学技术委员会委员,中国临床肿瘤学会常委委员,Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy共同主编、Human Gene Therapy 副主编、Current Molecular Medicine副主编、Current Cancer Drug Targets 负责亚洲地区的编委,Scientific Reports编委等。魏于全院士主要从事肿瘤的生物治疗临床与基础研究,包括生物治疗药物与技术研发及其临床转化与临床试验,在基因药物、抗体药物、疫苗、重组蛋白质药物与小分子靶向药物的研发以及临床研究等方面取得了一系列创新性的研究成果,获得国家新药重大专项综合大平台与近50个项目的资助,建立了首家生物医学领域的国家协同创新中心——国家生物治疗协同创新中心,研发的3个抗肿瘤生物治疗药物,2个小分子药物进入临床试验。 作为团队负责人研发的生物药以及小分子靶向药物等43个国家一类候选新药,已转让给国内国药集团等。申请专利76项(已授权40余项)专利,申请国际PCT专利8项。有关研究结果在国际杂志上发表论文500余篇。出版《医学实验技术原理与选择》《肿瘤学八年制配增值》《肿瘤学概论供基础、临床等专业用》等学术专著多部。荣获“全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人”称号。
