个人履历:
韩德民:男,1951年5月生,辽宁大连人,耳鼻咽喉学专家,中国工程院院士,北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中心主任,首都医科大学教授、博士研究生导师,享受国务院政府津贴专家。兼任:中国医疗保健国际交流促进会会长、中国华夏医学科技奖理事会理事长、首都医科大学北京医学中心主任,世界华人耳鼻咽喉头颈外科理事会理事长,中国医师协会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会名誉会长,首都医科大学耳鼻咽喉科学院院长,世界卫生组织(WHO)防合作中心主任,全国防聋治聋技术指导组组长,新疆国际医疗中心“三位一体”建设总指挥。曾任首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院院长、北京市耳鼻咽喉科学研究所所长、北京市卫生局常务副局长。韩德民教授长期从事耳鼻咽喉研究工作,在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科领域辛勤耕耘近30余年,发现“腭帆间隙”,创建Han-UPPP新术式和创建鼻腔扩容术。主持国家重大咨询及国家重点研发计划课题 4 项,承担国家“十一五”国自然重点等类课题 43 项;以第一或通讯作者发表中文文章345篇(其中SCI文章142篇,日文5篇),主编专著22部。2001年以来作为第一完成人,三次获“国家科学技术进步二等奖”;获实用新型专利15项,获省部级一等奖2项。2007年获“何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖”。1996年获国家人事部及北京市有突出贡献中年专家,曾荣获优秀留学回国人员奖、中国首届优秀博士后奖、中国医学基金会医德风范奖、第六届中国医师协会中国医师等奖。2012年被授予联合国“南-南国际人道主义精神奖”,这是全球第一位医生获此殊荣。2013年,当选中国工程院院士。
