个人履历：
叶毓睿：区块链专家、资深存储专家，中国移动通信联合会元宇宙产业委员会联席秘书长，高效能服务器和存储技术国家重点实验室首席研究员，横琴数链数字金融研究院研究员，北京联合大学电子信息专业硕士研究生指导教师。毕业于北京大学，先后就职于EMC、Compellent、DELL、VMware等国际知名IT科技企业。在IT行业拥有近二十年工作经验，使得他对存储行业的历史发展和未来趋势有深入的了解。一直关注区块链、VR/AR、AIGC、数字孪生、3D内容创作平台或规范（如Web3D、WebXR）等元宇宙等前沿技术。出版《元宇宙十大技术》（该书系统地剖析了构成元宇宙的技术组成、原理、案例和未来趋势）、《软件定义存储：原理、实践与生态》、《VMware软件定义存储》等专著、译著，是自媒体“乐生活与爱IT”的作者。曾参与2023年《无障碍环境建设法》的立法建议，并提出了关于信息无障碍以及元宇宙中无障碍设施建设的建议。
Ye Yurui: Blockchain expert, senior storage expert, co-secretary-general of the Metaverse Industry Committee of China Mobile Communications Federation, chief researcher of the State Key Laboratory of High-performance Server and Storage Technology, researcher of Hengqin Digital Chain Digital Finance Research Institute, and master's degree supervisor of electronic information at Beijing Union University. Graduated from Peking University, he has worked in EMC, Compellent, DELL, VMware and other internationally renowned IT technology companies. With nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry, he has a deep understanding of the historical development and future trends of the storage industry. It has been focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, VR/AR, AIGC, digital twins, 3D content creation platforms or specifications (such as Web3D, WebXR) and other cutting-edge technologies such as the metaverse. He has published monographs and translations such as "Top Ten Technologies of the Metaverse" (which systematically analyzes the technical composition, principles, cases and future trends that make up the Metaverse), "Software-Defined Storage: Principles, Practices and Ecology", and "VMware Software-Defined Storage". He has participated in the legislative proposals of the 2023 Barrier-free Environment Construction Law and put forward suggestions on information accessibility and the construction of barrier-free facilities in the metaverse.
