刘兴亮：男，1978年出生，山西吕梁柳林人，知名数字经济专家，工业和信息化部信息通信经济专家委员会委员，DCCI互联网研究院院长，《刘兴亮时间》创始人，泛科技视频节目《亮三点》出品人，新媒体天使会创始人兼合伙人，CCTV财经频道特约评论员，腾讯腾云智库专家。兼任：山西省政协委员，西南交通大学客座教授，山西财经大学特聘教授，中国晋商互联网产业促进会会长，中关村数字产业联盟副理事长，新传媒产业联盟副主席，中国互联网金融联盟副理事长（CIFC）副理事长，互联网协会特聘专家，电子商务协会专家委员会成员，计算机学会AC委员，IT龙门阵联合创始人兼主持人。1996年获西南交通大学机械工程学院机械工程与自动化本科学士，2003年获西南交通大学信息科学与技术学院计算机应用技术研究生。曾任大度咨询副总裁、互联网实验室总裁、红麦软件总裁等。刘兴亮长期从事互联网产业研究。出版《创业3.0时代：共享定义未来》《智能爆炸：开启智人新时代》《智胜江湖：创业取舍经》《第三浪-互联网未来与中国转型》等多部著作。曾获中国互联网特殊贡献奖、中国新经济杰出贡献奖、新媒体节十年特别贡献人物、微博粉丝最喜欢科技大V、微博红人奖等多项行业荣誉。

Concurrently: Member of Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Visiting Professor of Southwest Jiaotong University, Distinguished Professor of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, President of China Jinshang Internet Industry Promotion Association, Vice Chairman of Zhongguancun Digital Industry Alliance, Vice Chairman of New Media Industry Alliance, Vice Chairman of China Internet Finance Alliance (CIFC), Distinguished Expert of Internet Society, Member of the Expert Committee of E-Commerce Association, AC Member of Computer Federation, Co-founder and Host of IT Longmen Array. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and automation from the School of Mechanical Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University in 1996 and his master's degree in computer application technology from the School of Information Science and Technology of Southwest Jiaotong University in 2003. He used to be the vice president of Dadu Consulting, the president of Internet Lab, and the president of Hongmai Software. Liu Xingliang has been engaged in Internet industry research for a long time.
