农业农村部原国家首席兽医师（副部长级），中国乡村发展协会执行副会长兼秘书长
个人履历：
李金祥，男，1962年9月生，吉林辉南县人，研究员，博士生导师，中国乡村发展协会执行副会长兼秘书长，原农业农村部国家首席兽医师（副部长级）。1977年参加工作，1985年12月加入中国共产党。沈阳药学院本科毕业，华南农业大学博士研究生学历。1977年07月至1980年09月在吉林省辉南县中央堡公社插队；1980年09月至1984年08月就读沈阳药学院药学系药学专业；1984年08月至2019年04月间，历任：中国兽药监察所化药室干部，农牧渔业部人事司组监处科员、主任科员，农业部畜牧兽医司药政处主任科员、副处长、药政药械管理处处长，农业部畜牧兽医司兽医处处长畜牧兽医局外检处处长，农业部畜牧兽医局助理巡视员，农业部兽医局副局长，农业部兽医局巡视员，农业部兽医局局长，中国农业科学院副院长、党组成员，中国农业科学院副院长、党组成员、都市农业研究所所长；2019年5月至2024年01月，任农业农村部国家首席兽医官（副部长级）；2024年02月至今，任中国乡村发展协会执行副会长兼秘书长。
Li Jinxiang, male, born in September 1962, from Huinan County, Jilin Province, researcher, doctoral supervisor, executive vice president and secretary general of China Rural Development Association, former national chief veterinarian of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (vice minister level). He began his career in 1977 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1985. He graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical College with a bachelor's degree and a doctoral degree from South China Agricultural University. From 1977.07 to 1980.09, he joined the team in Zhongzhongbao Commune, Huinan County, Jilin Province; From 1980.09 to 1984.08, he studied pharmacy at the Department of Pharmacy, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University; From August 1984 to April 2019, he successively served as a cadre of the Chemical Medicine Department of the China Veterinary Drug Supervision Institute, a staff member and chief staff member of the Group Supervision Division of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, the chief staff member and deputy director of the Drug Administration Division of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, the director of the Pharmaceutical Administration Drug and Equipment Management Division of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, the director of the Veterinary Division of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, the assistant inspector of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, the deputy director of the Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, the inspector of the Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, the director of the Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, the vice president of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and a member of the party group, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Member of the Party Leadership Group, Director of the Institute of Urban Agriculture; From May 2019 to January 2024, he served as the Chief Veterinary Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Vice Minister level); Since February 2024, he has served as the executive vice president and secretary general of the China Rural Development Association.
