个人履历：
张合成，男，1962年10月生，甘肃省武威市人，研究员，中国农业科学院乡村振兴学院院长，第十四届全国政协委员，中国农业科学院科学技术协会常务副主席，农村农业部原总经济师兼中国农业科学院党组书记。兼任：中国渔业协会副会长，中国水产学会副理事长，中国农学会常务理事，中国进出境动植物检疫风险分析委员会委员，国家农业转基因生物安全委员会委员，农业部无公害农产品认证评审委员会委员，上海水产大学中国渔业发展战略研究中心管理委员会委员。1980年09月至1984年07月就读甘肃农业大学兽医系兽医专业；1984年07月至2023年01月间，历任：农牧渔业部人事司科技干部处科员、主任科员、副处长、处长，农业部人事劳动司综合处处长，农业部渔业局副局长，农业部渔业船舶检验局局长，中国水产科学研究院院长、党组书记，农业部办公厅副主任、巡视员，农业部市场与经济信息司司长，农业部发展计划司司长（全国农业资源区划办公室主任），农业部总经济师、农业部发展计划司司长（全国农业资源区划办公室主任），农业部总经济师，中国农业科学院党组书记；2020年09年至今，中国农业科学院科学技术协会常务副主席，第十四届全国政协委员、提案委员会委员。自1999年至今从事渔业管理及研究工作以来，主要致力于渔业经济政策研究、渔业法律制度研究、WTO与渔业国际贸易研究、水产品质量安全体系研究、渔业公共管理研究等五个领域的研究工作。在《农民日报》《中国渔业报》《中国水产》《科学养鱼》等杂志共发表文章30余篇（均第一作者），其中有6篇文章收入《中国渔业年鉴》；组织编著教程、大纲等3本，主笔考察报告等7本，组织编写研究报告、法规汇编等13本。
Zhang Hexing, male, born in October 1962, from Wuwei City, Gansu Province, researcher, dean of the Rural Revitalization College of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, executive vice chairman of the Science and Technology Association of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, former chief economist of the Ministry of Rural Agriculture and secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He also serves as Vice President of China Fishery Association, Vice President of China Fisheries Society, Executive Director of China Agricultural Society, Member of China Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Risk Analysis Committee, Member of National Agricultural Genetically Modified Organism Safety Committee, Member of Pollution-free Agricultural Products Certification and Review Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, and Member of the Management Committee of China Fishery Development Strategy Research Center of Shanghai Fisheries University. From September 1980 to July 1984, he studied veterinary medicine at the Department of Veterinary Medicine of Gansu Agricultural University; From July 1984 to January 2023, he successively served as: Clerk, Chief Clerk, Deputy Director and Director of the Science and Technology Cadre Division of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Director of the General Division of the Personnel and Labor Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Deputy Director of the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of the Fishery Ship Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, President and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, Deputy Director and Inspector of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of the Market and Economic Information Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of the Development Planning Department of the Ministry of Agriculture (Director of the National Agricultural Resources Regional Planning Office), Chief Economist of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of the Development Planning Department of the Ministry of Agriculture (Director of the National Agricultural Resources Regional Planning Office), Chief Economist of the Ministry of Agriculture, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences; Since 2020-09, he has been the executive vice chairman of the Science and Technology Association of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Proposal Committee. Since 1999, he has been engaged in fishery management and research, mainly engaged in the research of fishery economic policy, fishery legal system, WTO and fishery international trade, aquatic product quality and safety system, fishery public management research. He has published more than 30 articles in magazines such as "Farmer's Daily", "China Fishery News", "China Aquatic Products" and "Scientific Fish Farming" (all of which are the first author), of which 6 articles have been included in the "China Fishery Yearbook"; Organized the compilation of 3 tutorials and outlines, 7 inspection reports, and 13 research reports and compilations of laws and regulations.
