个人履历：
王世明，男，汉族，1955年生，北京怀柔人，中共党员，第十三届全国政协文化文史和学习委员会副主任，中央宣传部原副部长、中央精神文明建设指导委员会办公室原专职副主任。兼任：清华大学文化经济研究院学术顾问，中国地质大学、湖南大学和中国文化软实力研究中心客座教授，山东政德干部教育学院专家指导委员会主任。1996年在北京大学获法学硕士学位，2004年在清华大学获哲学博士学位。1973年在北京市怀柔区工作。1990年在中宣部机关工作，历任中宣部宣教局农村处处长、副局长、副局长(正局级)，中宣部机关管理局(机关服务中心)局长(主任)，中宣部办公厅主任兼机关服务中心主任，中宣部副秘书长兼办公厅主任，中央精神文明建设指导委员会办公室专职副主任，中央宣传部部务委员。2014年1月中宣部副部长、中央精神文明建设指导委员会办公室专职副主任。2018年3月至2023年3月，任第十三届全国政协文化文史和学习委员会副主任。长期在中宣部、中央文明办从事宣传思想文化和精神文明建设的领导工作，在社会主义核心价值体系 建设、在大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化、在传承中积极推动中国特色社会主义现代化事业和精神文明建设等方面都有丰富的实践经验、很深的思考和研究，有一系列独 到见解和精辟思想，是我国精神文明建设方面的权威专家。近年来先后为北京师范大学、四川大学、电子科技大学、山东大学、中国农业大学、中国地质大学、西北工业大学、上海大学、江南大学、华中农业大学、福州大学、云南师范大学、南京晓庄学院、延安大学、广西师范大学、桂林理工大学、湖南科技大学、西安石油大学、首都师范大学、湖南社会主义学院、长春人文学院、榆林学院、枣庄学院、河南博物院、山东农业科学院、湖湘大学堂、海南自由贸易港、河南省政协、湖北宜昌市、山东威海市、河南鹤壁市、新疆若羌县等200余家院校、机构讲授中国传统文化相关内容的专题讲座。
Wang Shiming：male, Han nationality, born in 1955, from Huairou in Beijing, is a member of the Communist Party of China, deputy director of the Culture, Culture, History and Study Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, former deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, and former full-time deputy director of the Office of the Central Steering Committee for the Construction of Spiritual Civilization. He is also an academic advisor of the Institute of Cultural Economics of Tsinghua University, a visiting professor of China University of Geosciences, Hunan University and the Research Center for Chinese Cultural Soft Power, and the director of the Expert Steering Committee of Shandong Institute of Political and Moral Cadre Education. He received his LL.M. degree from Peking University in 1996 and his Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2004. In 1973, he worked in Huairou District, Beijing. In 1990, he worked in the organs of the Central Propaganda Department, and successively served as the Director of the Rural Division, Deputy Director, and Deputy Director (Bureau level) of the Propaganda Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department, the Director (Director) of the Organ Management Bureau (Organ Service Center) of the Central Propaganda Department, the Director of the General Office of the Central Propaganda Department and the Director of the Organ Service Center, the Deputy Secretary-General and Director of the General Office of the Central Propaganda Department, the full-time deputy director of the Office of the Central Spiritual Civilization Construction Steering Committee, and the member of the Central Propaganda Department. In January 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and Deputy Director of the Office of the Central Steering Committee for the Construction of Spiritual Civilization. From March 2018 to March 2023, he served as the deputy director of the Culture, Culture, History and Learning Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He has long been engaged in the leadership work of propagating, ideological, cultural, and spiritual civilization in the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Civilization Office, and has rich practical experience, profound thinking, and research in the building of the socialist core value system, in vigorously carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and in actively promoting the cause of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and the building of spiritual civilization in the course of inheritance, and has a series of unique views and incisive ideas, and is an authoritative expert in the building of spiritual civilization in China. In recent years, it has successively served Beijing Normal University, Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Shandong University, China Agricultural University, China University of Geosciences, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Shanghai University, Jiangnan University, Huazhong Agricultural University, Fuzhou University, Yunnan Normal University, Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, Yan'an University, Guangxi Normal University, Guilin University of Technology, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xi'an Shiyou University, Capital Normal University, Hunan Institute of Socialism, Changchun University of Humanities, Yulin University, Zaozhuang University, Henan Museum, and Shandong Academy of Agricultural SciencesMore than 200 colleges and universities and institutions, including Huxiang University, Hainan Free Trade Port, Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Yichang City, Hubei Province, Weihai City, Shandong Province, Hebi City, Henan Province, Ruoqiang County, Xinjiang, etc., have given special lectures on Chinese traditional culture.
