个人履历：
屠光绍：男，1959年1月生，湖北鄂州人，高级经济师，上海新金融研究院理事长、上海交通大学上海高级金融学院执行理事、兼职教授，中国社会责任投资高峰论坛（IFCII）联席主席，第十三届全国政协经济委员会委员、中国社会工作联合会学术委员会副主任委员，中国投资公司原总经理、原中共上海市委常委、常务副市长。曾任中国投资有限责任公司党委副书记、副董事长、总经理 。1982年7月加入中国共产党，1977年8月参加工作。1978年至1985年在北京大学经济系学习，曾师从厉以宁教授；1989年，入职央行，先后在综合计划司、金融管理司、全国金融市场报价交易信息系统中心工作；1993年起，在证监系统长达14年的生涯，期间历任多个岗位，其中于1997年任上海证券交易所总经理、党委书记，2002年升任中国证监会副主席，晋升副部；1997年屠光绍赴任上海证券交易所总经理；2007年，任上海市，任上海市委常委、副市长，2013年任常务副市长；2016年6月至2019年4月，任中国投资有限责任公司副董事长、总经理；2019年09月，任上海新金融研究院理事长。在《中国金融》等学术期刊上发表论文多篇；出版《可持续信息披露标准及应用研究：全球趋势与中国实践》《交易体制：原理与变革》等著作。2024年，获得“沪上金融家评选·卓越贡献奖”。
Tu Guangshao: male, born in January 1959, from Ezhou, Hubei Province, senior economist, chairman of Shanghai New Finance Research Institute, executive director and adjunct professor of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, co-chairman of China Socially Responsible Investment Summit (IFCII), member of the Economic Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman of the Academic Committee of the China Federation of Social Workers, former general manager of China Investment Corporation, former member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and executive vice mayor. He used to be the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Investment Corporation. He joined the Communist Party of China in July 1982 and began working in August 1977. From 1978 to 1985, he studied at the Department of Economics of Peking University, where he studied under Professor Li Yining. In 1989, he joined the People's Bank of China and successively worked in the Department of Comprehensive Planning, the Department of Financial Management, and the National Financial Market Quotation and Trading Information System Center. Since 1993, he has worked in the CSRC for 14 years, during which he has held various positions, including general manager and party secretary of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997, and vice chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2002. In 1997, Tu Guangshao was appointed as the general manager of the Shanghai Stock Exchange; In 2007, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, and in 2013, he was appointed as the Executive Vice Mayor. From June 2016 to April 2019, he served as the vice chairman and general manager of China Investment Corporation; In September 2019, he was appointed as the chairman of the Shanghai New Finance Research Institute. He has published many papers in academic journals such as China Finance; He has published "Research on Sustainable Information Disclosure Standards and Applications: Global Trends and China's Practices" and "Trading System: Principles and Changes". In 2024, he will win the "Shanghai Financier Selection - Outstanding Contribution Award".
