个人履历：
张丽平：女，经济学博士，国务院发展研究中心金融研究所所长、研究员，北京邮电大学兼职教授。1990年9月至1994年7月，就读南开大学国际经济学系，获经济学学士学位；1996年9月至1999年7月，就读对外经济贸易大学国际金融专业，获经济学硕士学位；2006年9月至2007年3月，在日本国际通货研究所访问学习，进行东亚货币金融合作方面的研究；2007年9月至2010年7月，北京师范大学经济与资源管理研究院，获经济学博士学位；2011年10月2012年1月，在美国彼得森国际经济研究所访问学习，进行中国对美直接投资方面的研究。1994年7月至1996年9月，在天津市经济委员会工作；1999年7月至2012年9月，国务院发展研究中心对外经济研究部工作；2012年9月，至今国务院发展研究中心金融所工作。研究领域为国际金融、国际贸易、国际投资、国际经济合作等。先后主持和参与了“中国金融改革与金融安全”、“人民币区域化”、“新形势下中国对外贸易转型升级研究”、“中美战略及经济对话及相关问题研究”、“2030年的中国”等重大研究项目，撰写大量国际贸易、产业经济专题调研报告并被有关决策部门采用。著有《中美产业互补性研究》《产业升级与国家竞争优势》等专著；在《中国经济时报》《经济日报》《人民日报》等报刊上发表多篇理论文章。
Zhang Liping: female, Ph.D. in economics, director and researcher of the Institute of Finance, Development Research Center of the State Council, and adjunct professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. From September 1990 to July 1994, he studied at the Department of International Economics of Nankai University and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics. From September 1996 to July 1999, he studied international finance at the University of International Business and Economics and obtained a master's degree in economics. From September 2006 to March 2007, he was a visiting scholar at the Japan Institute of International Currency, conducting research on monetary and financial cooperation in East Asia. From September 2007 to July 2010, he obtained a Ph.D. in economics from the Institute of Economics and Resource Management, Beijing Normal University. From October 2011 to January 2012, he was a visiting scholar at the Peterson Institute for International Economics in the United States, conducting research on China's direct investment in the United States. From July 1994 to September 1996, he worked in Tianjin Economic Commission; From July 1999 to September 2012, he worked in the Foreign Economic Research Department of the Development Research Center of the State Council. Since September 2012, he has been working in the Institute of Finance, Development Research Center of the State Council. His research interests include international finance, international trade, international investment, and international economic cooperation. He has presided over and participated in major research projects such as "China's Financial Reform and Financial Security", "RMB Regionalization", "Research on China's Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading under the New Situation", "Research on China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue and Related Issues", "China in 2030", and has written a large number of special research reports on international trade and industrial economy, which have been adopted by relevant decision-making departments. He is the author of monographs such as "Research on Industrial Complementarity between China and the United States" and "Industrial Upgrading and National Competitive Advantage". He has published many theoretical articles in newspapers and periodicals such as China Economic Times, Economic Daily, and People's Daily.
