王辛敏：中央纪委原副局级巡视员，中国人民银行原纪委副书记、监察局局长，中国监察学会金融分会理事。王辛敏自北大毕业后到中纪委工作25年，在案件检查室从事过16年案件检查工作，参与或主办过大大小小各类案件，包括多起全国闻名的大要案；在办公厅工作4年，对全国纪检系统每年查处案件情况进行管理，作统计、分析并向中纪委领导提出建议。王辛敏在中央巡视组从事5年巡视工作，曾巡视上海、天津、重庆等10个省区，参与对省级干部特别是两个一把手执行党章和其他党内法规，遵守党的纪律等情况进行了解和监督。办案和巡视中多次立功受奖。多次受邀为中纪委监察部培训中心、中国纪检监察学院、中国井冈山干部学院等单位授课。
Wang Xinmin: Former deputy bureau-level inspector of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, former deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and director of the Supervision Bureau of the People's Bank of China, director of the Financial Branch of the China Supervision Society. After graduating from Peking University, he worked in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection for 25 years. He has been engaged in case inspection work for 16 years in the case examination room, and has participated in or presided over various cases, including many major cases that are well-known in the country. He worked in the General Office for four years, managed the annual investigation and handling of cases by the national discipline inspection system, made statistics, analyzed them, and made suggestions to the leaders of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. He has been engaged in inspection work in the central inspection team for five years, inspecting 10 provinces and autonomous regions including Shanghai, Tianjin, and Chongqing, and participating in the understanding and supervision of provincial-level cadres, especially the two top leaders, in implementing the party constitution and other party laws and regulations, and abiding by party discipline. He has been awarded for many meritorious services in case handling and inspection. He has been invited to give lectures for the Training Center of the Ministry of Supervision of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, China Institute of Discipline Inspection and Supervision, China Jinggangshan Cadre College and other units.
