个人履历：
冯正霖，男，1957年9月出生，陕西延川人，第十四届全国政协常委、经济委员会副主任，原交通运输部党组副书记、副部长兼中国民用航空局党组书记、局长。1975年06月，陕西省咸阳市马庄公社马庄大队插队知青；1978年02月，西安公路学院公路系公路工程专业学习；1982年02月，起先后在交通部公路局、工程管理司工作。1995年05月至2022年07月，冯正霖历任：交通部公路管理司助理巡视员，交通部综合规划司副司长，西藏自治区交通厅副厅长（挂职），交通部公路司司长，交通部副部长、党组成员，交通运输部副部长、党组成员，交通运输部党组副书记、副部长兼中国民用航空局党组书记，交通运输部党组副书记、副部长兼中国民用航空局党组书记、局长。中共十九大代表，第十九届中央候补委员，第十三届全国政协委员、经济委员会副主任，第十四届全国政协委员、常委、经济委员会副主任，中国人民政协理论研究会第四届理事会副会长。
Feng Zhenglin, male, born in September 1957, from Yanchuan, Shaanxi, is a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy director of the Economic Committee, former deputy secretary of the party group and vice minister of the Ministry of Transport, and secretary of the party group and director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. In June 1975, the Mazhuang Brigade of Mazhuang Commune, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province was cut into the queue of educated youth; In February 1978, he studied highway engineering in the Department of Highway of Xi'an Highway College; Since February 1982, he has worked in the Highway Bureau and the Engineering Management Department of the Ministry of Communications. From May 1995 to July 2022, he successively served as Assistant Inspector of the Highway Management Department of the Ministry of Communications, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Ministry of Communications, Deputy Director of the Department of Communications of Tibet Autonomous Region (temporary post), Director of the Highway Department of the Ministry of Communications, Vice Minister and Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Transport, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. He is a deputy to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee, a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and deputy director of the Economic Committee, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Standing Committee and deputy director of the Economic Committee, and a vice chairman of the 4th Council of the Chinese Theoretical Research Association of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
