个人履历：
张贺福，1965年6月生，安徽利辛人，中央党史和文献研究院第一研究部一级巡视员、研究员，中国人民大学法学博士，中央党史和文献研究院第一部原副主任。兼任中国科学社会主义学会副会长。自1995年博士研究生毕业后，一直从事党的文献特别是现实文献的编辑研究工作。参加《习近平谈治国理政》第一卷、第二卷、第三卷的编辑工作，并协助组织完成有关具体工作任务。参加《习近平关于实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦论述摘编》《习近平关于全面建成小康社会论述摘编》以及《建国以来重要文献选编》《科学发展观重要论述摘编》《深入学习实践科学发展观活动领导干部学习文件选编》等多部重要文献的编辑工作。参加《习近平总书记系列重要讲话读本》（2014版和2016年版）《中国梦与中国道路》《社会主义历史、理论与现实》等项目的编写工作。发表《续写坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的精彩篇章——学习习近平总书记关于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的重要论述》《中国梦的战略眼光和视野》《实现中国梦 中国有自信》以及《论中国共产党的八十年与马克思主义的历史命运》《中国共产党的八十年与中华民族的伟大复兴》《论邓小平对确立十一届三中全会路线的历史性贡献》《第二次历史性飞跃的光辉起点——兼论十一届三中全会的历史方位》《南方谈话与中国共产党人的马克思主义新觉醒》《论江泽民同志对马克思主义中国化作出的历史性贡献——学习<江泽民文选>的若干体会》、《科学发展观与马克思主义中国化的新进程》、《科学发展观的理论内涵和重大意义述论》等多篇宣传研究文章。近来来经常应邀维中央部委、地方政府、高校进行专题讲座。
Zhang Hefu, born in June 1965, is a first-level inspector and researcher of the First Research Department of the Central Academy of Party History and Literature, a doctor of law from Chinese University, and the former deputy director of the First Department of the Central Academy of Party History and Literature. He is also the vice president of the Chinese Society of Scientific Socialism. Since graduating from his doctoral degree in 1995, he has been engaged in the editing and research of Party literature, especially realistic literature. Participated in the editing of the first, second and third volumes of "Xi Jinping on Governance", and assisted in organizing and completing relevant specific tasks. Participated in the editing of many important documents such as "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Discourse on Realizing the Chinese Dream of the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation", "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Discourse on Building a Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects", "Selected Important Documents Since the Founding of the People's Republic of China", "Excerpts from Important Expositions on the Scientific Outlook on Development", and "Selected Learning Documents for Leading Cadres in In-depth Study and Practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development". Participated in the compilation of "General Secretary Xi Jinping's Series of Important Speeches" (2014 and 2016 editions), "Chinese Dream and Chinese Road", "Socialist History, Theory and Reality" and other projects. Published "Continuing to Write a Wonderful Chapter of Upholding and Developing Socialism with Chinese Characteristics - Learning from General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Expositions on Adhering to and Developing Socialism with Chinese Characteristics", "Strategic Vision and Vision of the Chinese Dream", and "Realizing the Chinese Dream". China Has Self-Confidence", as well as "On the 80 Years of the Communist Party of China and the Historical Destiny of Marxism", "The 80 Years of the Communist Party of China and the Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation", "On Deng Xiaoping's Historic Contribution to the Establishment of the Line of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee", "The Glorious Starting Point of the Second Historic Leap -- Also on the Historical Orientation of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee", "The Southern Speech and the New Awakening of Marxism of the Chinese Communists", "On Comrade Jiang Zemin's Historical Contribution to the Sinicization of Marxism -- Study<江泽民文选>". "Several Experiences", "The Scientific Outlook on Development and the New Process of the Sinicization of Marxism", "The Theoretical Connotation and Major Significance of the Scientific Outlook on Development" and many other propaganda and research articles.
