个人履历：
蒲实：女，经济学博士，应用经济学博士后，中央党校（国家行政学院）科研部副主任，教授、博士生导师，北京师范大学中国社会管理研究院兼职教授。曾任中央党校报刊社副总编辑。长期从事公共经济理论、农业经济理论的研究。主持或参与国家及省部级课题18项；出版《乡村振兴战略导读》《新时代乡村振兴战略：理论、政策与实践》等著作多部；在《行政管理改革》《经济日报》《光明日报》等报刊上发表文章百余篇，撰写研究报告100余篇，多篇获得了党和国家领导人的重要批示和肯定。主持各类研究项目数十个，其中国家级科研课题7项，省部级以上科研课题20余项。
Pu Shi: female, Ph.D. in Economics, Postdoctoral Fellow in Applied Economics, Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Department of the Party School of the Central Committee (National Academy of Administration), Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Adjunct Professor of the China Academy of Social Management of Beijing Normal University. He used to be the deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper and periodical office of the Central Party School. He has been engaged in the research of public economic theory and agricultural economic theory for a long time. presided over or participated in 18 national, provincial and ministerial projects; He has published a number of books such as "Introduction to Rural Revitalization Strategy" and "Rural Revitalization Strategy in the New Era: Theory, Policy and Practice"; He has published more than 100 articles in newspapers and periodicals such as "Administrative Reform", "Economic Daily" and "Guangming Daily", and written more than 100 research reports, many of which have won important instructions and affirmations from party and state leaders. He has presided over dozens of various research projects, including 7 national scientific research projects and more than 20 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level.
