邱尊社：男，1959年11月生，陕西西安人，经济学博士，北京大学马克思主义学院教授、博士生导师，原北京大学马克思主义学院副院长、北京大学社会经济与文化研究中心副主任、北京大学中小企业文化与战略研究所所长。韩国贸易学会唯一的一名外籍会员，并担任国内外数所大学和研究机构的客座教授和研究员。先后获得北京大学经济学本科、硕士和博士学位，一直在北京大学任教。先后承担了北京大学、韩国电子通信研究院、中国铝业股份有限公司的四个科研课题。出版的著作主要有：《国企员工道德修养读本》《股权问题研究》《马克思主义与当代经济全球化问题研究》《资源集成经营—组织行为和组织成本的经营理论与实践》《公司并购论》等著作多部。在国内外报刊和杂志上发表学术论文20余篇。荣获1991-1992学年度“北京大学教学优秀奖”。
Qiu Zunshe: male, born in November 1959, from Xi'an, Shaanxi, Ph.D. in economics, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Marxism of Peking University, former deputy dean of the School of Marxism of Peking University, deputy director of the Center for Socio-economic and Cultural Research of Peking University, and director of the Institute of Culture and Strategy of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Peking University. He is the only foreign member of the Korea Institute of International Trade and has served as a visiting professor and researcher at several universities and research institutes in Japan and abroad. He received his bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in economics from Peking University, and has been teaching at Peking University. He has successively undertaken four scientific research projects of Peking University, Korea Electronics and Communications Research Institute, and Aluminum Corporation of China. He has published many books, including "Reader of Moral Cultivation of Employees of State-owned Enterprises", "Research on Equity Issues", "Research on Marxism and Contemporary Economic Globalization", "Integrated Management of Resources: Business Theory and Practice of Organizational Behavior and Organizational Cost", "Theory of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions", etc. He has published more than 20 academic papers in newspapers and magazines at home and abroad. He won the "Peking University Teaching Excellence Award" in the 1991-1992 academic year.
