个人履历：
于强：山东平度人，北京工商大学马克思主义学院教授。曾任国际关系学院行政管理教研室主任、教授。毕业于中国人民大学公共管理学院，分别获得经济学学士、经济学硕士、管理学博士学位。主要从事国家统一理论、两岸关系、管理心理学与人力资源管理等领域的研究与教学。在《世界知识》《中国人力资源开发》《中国人才》《商业研究》《台海研究》《瞭望》《人民论坛》《光明日报》《人民日报》等报刊杂志发表文章80余篇。曾多次应邀参与中央电视台、深圳卫视、厦门卫视、广东卫视等多家媒体的节目录制，接受香港中评社、中国日报等多家媒体的访问。曾荣获：第八届全国台湾研究优秀成果一等奖，首届全国高校微课教学比赛优秀作品奖，北京市第七届青年教师教学基本功比赛文科A组一等奖、最佳教案奖、最受学生欢迎奖。
Yu Qiang: A native of Pingdu, Shandong, he is a professor at the School of Marxism of Beijing Technology and Business University. He was the head and professor of the Department of Administration and Management of the School of International Relations. He graduated from the School of Public Administration of Chinese University with a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in economics and a doctorate degree in management. He is mainly engaged in the research and teaching of national reunification theory, cross-strait relations, management psychology and human resource management. He has published more than 80 articles in newspapers and magazines such as "World Knowledge", "Chinese Human Resources Development", "Chinese Talent", "Business Research", "Taiwan Strait Studies", "Lookout", "People's Forum", "Guangming Daily", "People's Daily" and other newspapers and magazines. He has been invited to participate in the recording of programs of CCTV, Shenzhen Satellite TV, Xiamen Satellite TV, Guangdong Satellite TV and other media, and has been interviewed by many media such as Hong Kong China Review Press and China Daily. He has won the first prize of the 8th National Taiwan Research Outstanding Achievement Award, the Outstanding Work Award of the First National University Micro-course Teaching Competition, the first prize of Liberal Arts Group A of the 7th Beijing Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition, the Best Teaching Plan Award, and the Most Popular Student Award.
