个人履历：
王文，安徽淮北市人，中央党校（国家行政学院）研究室一级巡视员，中央党校（国家行政学院）研究室原副主任。1987年毕业于安徽师范大学历史系，1998年毕业于中央党校党史专业。1998至2007年在国防大学工作，从事教学科研工作和《军队政治工作》副主编。2007年后调入国家行政学院，曾在国家行政学院办公厅、研究室、决策咨询部工作，历任国家行政学院办公厅副巡视员、决策咨询部副主任、研究室副主任兼学院网站总编。长期从事理论研究、政策咨询、党史党建教学与研究。历任国家行政学院办公厅副巡视员、决策咨询部副主任、研究室副主任兼学院网站总编，中央党校（国家行政学院）研究室副主任、一级巡视员。2021年在全党开展的党史学习教育中，任中央第24指导组副组长。多次参与或主持起草有关重要文件，发表论文数十篇，撰写论著多部。
Wang Wen, a native of Huaibei City, Anhui Province, is a first-class inspector of the Research Office of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration) and former deputy director of the Research Office of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration). He graduated from the Department of History of Anhui Normal University in 1987 and from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1998. From 1998 to 2007, he worked at the National Defense University, engaged in teaching and scientific research, and was the deputy editor-in-chief of "Political Work in the Army". After 2007, he was transferred to the National Academy of Administration, and worked in the General Office, Research Office, and Decision-making Consulting Department of the National Academy of Administration, and successively served as Deputy Inspector of the General Office of the National Academy of Administration, Deputy Director of the Decision-making and Consulting Department, Deputy Director of the Research Office, and Editor-in-Chief of the College's website. He has long been engaged in theoretical research, policy consultation, teaching and research on party history and party building. He has successively served as Deputy Inspector of the General Office of the National Academy of Administration, Deputy Director of the Decision-making and Consulting Department, Deputy Director of the Research Office and Editor-in-Chief of the Academy's website, and Deputy Director and First-Class Inspector of the Research Office of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration). In 2021, he served as the deputy head of the 24th Guidance Group of the Central Committee in the party history learning and education carried out by the whole party. He has participated in or presided over the drafting of relevant important documents for many times, published dozens of papers, and written many treatises.
