个人履历：
陈纪稳，中央党校（国家行政学院》中国领导科学研究中心研究员，变革领导力学院院长，中国领导力40人论坛成员，中国领导科学研究会理事，原国家行政学院中国领导科学研究中心副秘书长。1995年至2000年，就读于安徽大学英语系，获学士学位；2000年至2003年，就读于安徽大学经济学院，获硕士学位；2003年至2008年，就读于北京大学政府管理学院，获博士学位。主持国家行政学院重大委托课题“中国特色社会主义协商民主研究”等多项科研课题；著有《变革领导力》《领导科学与领导艺术》《领导哲学》等专著。发表《领导者的识势、顺势与造势》（《领导科学》2013年6月）、《变革领导的逻辑进路》（《领导科学》2015年8月）等多篇论文。
Chen Jiwen is a researcher at the China Leadership Science Research Center of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Administration), the dean of the School of Transformative Leadership, a member of the China Leadership 40 Forum, a director of the Chinese Leadership Science Research Association, and the former deputy secretary-general of the China Leadership Science Research Center of the National Academy of Administration. From 1995 to 2000, he studied at the English Department of Anhui University and obtained a bachelor's degree. From 2000 to 2003, he studied at the School of Economics, Anhui University and obtained a master's degree. From 2003 to 2008, he studied at the School of Government, Peking University, and obtained a Ph.D. degree. He has presided over a number of scientific research projects such as the major commissioned project of the National Academy of Administration, "Research on Socialist Consultative Democracy with Chinese Characteristics"; He is the author of "Transformative Leadership", "Leadership Science and Leadership Art", "Leadership Philosophy" and other monographs. He has published many papers such as "Leaders' Recognition, Homeopathy and Momentum" (Leadership Science, June 2013) and "The Logical Approach to Changing Leadership" (Leadership Science, August 2015).

2018年8月18日，首届全国中学生人工智能大赛（AICC）决赛，北京紫光国际交流中心，担任专家对话环节主持人；
2018年4月23日，中共北京市委社会工委指导、首都金融服务商会作为支持，北京企业管理咨询协会主办2018首都地区商会会长秘书长综合能力提升培训学习班，担任授课老师；
2017年安徽省行为科学学会年会，作题为《关于领导力提升的思考》的主题报告，从领导力、领导者和领导三个主题探讨了领导力的能力、魅力和魄力，创新了行为科学与领导艺术的结合方式。
