个人履历：
李莉：女，1969年10月生，国防大学教授，国防大学军事科技教研室副主任，大校军衔，军事学博士，第十次全国妇女代表大会代表，第十四届全国政协委员 ，全国科普工作先进工作者，全国三八红旗手，全军育才银奖获得者，总政确定的全军48名外宣专家之一，军队优秀专业技术人才岗位津贴。1986年就读西安二炮工程学院计算机专业，毕业后曾在第二炮兵通信总站工作5年，历任长途台台长、副指导员、指导员、组织干事等职，并两次荣立三等功；1995年考入国防大学研究生院攻读作战模拟专业；1998年，获军事学硕士学位，毕业后留校任教；2002年9月，考入国防大学战略后勤组织指挥专业攻读博士学位，2005年7月获军事学博士学位；现为，军事后勤与军事科技装备教研部教授，军事科技教研室副主任。主要研究方向为军事高科技与信息化武器装备，世界主要国家和地区武器装备现状与发展。著有：《散不尽的硝烟》、《大国意志——打开核黑箱》、《美国国家导弹防御系统》、《信息化武器装备体系构建与评估研究》、《决战第六维空间——信息战装备》等。曾多次应邀到CCTV-4“海峡两岸”、CCTV-7“防务新观察”、“军事科技”、“周末开讲”、CCTV-10“走近科学”、BTV-北京“天下天天谈”栏目做军事访谈嘉宾，同时担任中央人民广播电台、“海峡之声”广播电台特约军事评论员。曾先后8次在国防大学大课比赛中获奖、国防大学“中青年教员大课比武竞赛”一等奖。
Li Li, born in October 1969, is a doctor of military science, a professor at the National Defense University, with the rank of colonel, a representative of the 10th National Women's Congress, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a national advanced worker in science popularization, a national 38 red flag bearer, a winner of the silver medal for the army's talent education, one of the 48 foreign propaganda experts in the army determined by the General Political Department, and a post allowance for outstanding professional and technical personnel in the army. In 1986, he studied computer science at Xi'an Second Artillery Engineering College, and after graduation, he worked in the Second Artillery Communication Station for 5 years, successively serving as the director of the long-distance station, deputy instructor, instructor, organization officer, etc., and was awarded the third-class meritorious service twice; In 1995, he was admitted to the Graduate School of the National Defense University to study combat simulation. In 1998, he received a master's degree in military science and stayed on to teach after graduation. In September 2002, he was admitted to the National Defense University to study for a doctorate degree in strategic logistics organization and command, and in July 2005, he received a doctorate degree in military science. He is currently a professor at the Department of Military Logistics and Military Science and Technology and Equipment, and deputy director of the Department of Military Science and Technology. His main research interests are military high-tech and information-based weapons and equipment, and the current situation and development of weapons and equipment in major countries and regions in the world. He is the author of "The Smoke of Gunpowder," "The Will of a Great Power -- Opening the Nuclear Black Box," "The United States National Missile Defense System," "Research on the Construction and uation of Informationized Weapons and Equipment System," and "The Sixth Dimensional Space for a Decisive Battle—Information Warfare Equipment." He has been invited to CCTV-4 "Cross-Strait", CCTV-7 "New Observation on Defense", "Military Science and Technology", "Weekend Lecture", CCTV-10 "Approaching Science", and BTV-Beijing "The World Talks Every Day" as a guest for military interviews, and at the same time served as a special military commentator for the Central People's Radio Station and the "Voice of the Strait" radio station. He has won eight awards in the National Defense University's large-scale course competition, and the first prize in the "Young and Middle-aged Teachers' Large-class Competition" of the National Defense University.
