于晓非，汉族，1961年11月出生于北京，中央党校教授，北京大学禅学社首任名誉社长，现任净名文化教育公益促进会(筹)名誉会长，当代知名佛教文化研究专家、印度宗教研究专家。兼任：九华山佛学院讲座教授，中国人民大学国学院客座教授，清华、中大、浙大等高校国学课程特聘教授。1985年毕业于南京大学天文学系天体物理学专业；1985年至2015年任教于中共中央党校哲学教研部科技哲学教研室，直至退休。从1982年开始学习中国传统文化，受教于贾题韬先生和韩镜清先生等诸多学者。1996年9月至1999年1月在北京大学东语系师从段晴教授和王邦维教授学习梵文；师从斯里兰卡学者Assaji学习巴利文；就印度古老思想文化诸多重大问题请教于徐梵澄先生和金克木先生。30多年来，于晓非先生奔波于祖国各地，弘扬中国优秀传统文化，致力于提高中华民族文化自信的事业，在宗教学界享有极高声誉，被誉为亚洲最具魅力的弘法居士。
Xiao Fei, Han nationality, born in Beijing in November 1961, is a professor at the Party School of the Central Committee, the first honorary president of the Zen Society of Peking University, and currently the honorary president of the Association for the Promotion of Public Welfare of Jingming Culture and Education, a well-known contemporary expert in Buddhist culture and India religious studies. He is also a chair professor of Jiuhua Mountain Buddhist College, a visiting professor of the School of Chinese Studies of Renmin University of Chinese, and a distinguished professor of Chinese studies courses in Tsinghua University, Zhongda University, Zhejiang University and other universities. In 1985, he graduated from the Department of Astronomy, Nanjing University, majoring in astrophysics. From 1985 to 2015, he taught in the Department of Philosophy of Science and Technology of the Philosophy Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China until his retirement. Since 1982, he has been studying traditional Chinese culture and has been taught by many scholars such as Mr. Jia Titao and Mr. Han Jingqing. From September 1996 to January 1999, he studied Sanskrit under the tutelage of Professor Duan Qing and Professor Wang Bangwei in the Department of Oriental Languages of Peking University. studied Pali with Sri Lankan scholar Assaji; Consult Mr. Xu Fancheng and Mr. Jin Kemu on many major issues of ancient India ideology and culture. For more than 30 years, Mr. Yu Xiaofei has traveled all over the motherland, promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and devoting himself to the cause of improving the cultural self-confidence of the Chinese nation.
主要成果：
于教授对科学、哲学与宗教的关系有深入的研究，尤其对于中国和印度古典文明有很深的造诣，早在二十多年前提出关于“21世纪母系文明回归的预言”，倡导母系文明的“女尊男不卑”，倡导多元世界，主张宽容与多元，并认为这将是二十一世纪的主流。
